Excellent

Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Politely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.

Super experience, very good atmosphere and environment. Restaurant has intercontinental menu, mostly south indian dishes. House keeping was done by Dhanalakshmi & Ramesh.. Gym, Kids Play Area and Landscaping were good. Don't miss the clouds in this property.

I liked the hotel very much, good location, the hotel is on a hill, across the road there is a staircase that you can go down to the city center, where there is a market, a supermarket, a bus station from which you can get to Kochi, we did so, the bus leaves from 7 am every half hour until 7 pm. The hotel is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, for 3 nights of stay it was even changed, although we did not ask, the staff is very friendly, they organized a two-day excursion transfer to tea plantations, the Eravikulam reserve, a waterfall. We liked the breakfasts, the hotel has Indian food, we liked everything, very polite and friendly staff, especially a girl named Angel at the reception.
