YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

KKkait travellerThee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

ŠŠŠ°ŃŠŗŠ°Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Polite staff who are ready to help with every little thing. Breakfasts are amazing, coffee is just super, lots of pastries, everything is fresh and tasty. Great location, near the train station and metro. Lots of interesting entertainment in the hotel itself.

GGuest UserThis is a suite hotel similar to an apartment hotel. The decoration is relatively new and has a certain grade. It is about four ļæ¼ stars. The room is very spacious. There is a master bedroom with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and kitchen utensils. Complete, there is a microwave oven, electric stove, etc., ļæ¼ Breakfast is also very rich. The price is very good. We met a front desk staff who had studied in Qingdao, China. Chinese was very enthusiastic to us, very good communication, and the service was very good. ļæ¼, can help solve some problems, such as finding good delicious restaurants and so on. This hotel is a good choice as a transit point for European tourism. ļæ¼

Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the ā¬25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

AANJUI donāt want to stay this hotel again.
I visited this hotel in April so itās getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldnāt let in some fresh air.
Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff.
Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room.
I donāt recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.

JJINMINThis hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation.

TTravel addict āļøAmazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware ā thereās a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend šš»

Yyutou1004#Praise# Satisfied with the size of the room, the layout of the room, the location, and the security; this hotel is right next to the university. The layout should be changed in the student dormitory. The decoration is very simple, but it is very clean. The room is very spacious. There is a big supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. If the weather is good, you can overlook the snowy mountains in the hotel corridor.
