Amazing
KKkait travellerThee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
GGuest UserThe hotel reception is very nice and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Via Garibaldi in Torino. There’s even a Juventus shop next door for fans. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I would definitely come back and stay again.
GGuest UserA very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes.
In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored. It’s a bit far from the train stations, but there’s a tram and a bus — the hostel staff explained everything to me.
GGuest UserThis is a suite hotel similar to an apartment hotel. The decoration is relatively new and has a certain grade. It is about four stars. The room is very spacious. There is a master bedroom with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and kitchen utensils. Complete, there is a microwave oven, electric stove, etc., Breakfast is also very rich. The price is very good. We met a front desk staff who had studied in Qingdao, China. Chinese was very enthusiastic to us, very good communication, and the service was very good. , can help solve some problems, such as finding good delicious restaurants and so on. This hotel is a good choice as a transit point for European tourism.
GGuest UserVery nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.
SSean Le FauGood location and nearby Central Station but only one pack of welcome water when checked in , and the following days didn’t have it. The B’fast box was very good if you have early flight, please do not hesitate just order it to counter staffs by one day before !
GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
