The basic breakfast is both sweet and salty.

"Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors)."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were all very kind. It was incredibly helpful that they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
However, it might have just been my room, but the shower water inexplicably wouldn't get hot enough. I spoke to the front desk and they even let me try the shower in another room, but even after turning the lever all the way to the left and waiting a while, it still didn't get very warm.
That was the only slight disappointment, but everything else was truly wonderful. If that one issue could be resolved, I would definitely love to stay here again."

Amazing
MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.
Ssummer09Overall, it's a very good hotel. I arrived very late at the hotel, and the front desk was very welcoming. It's very close to the train station. I didn't give a bad review of the breakfast. The room was quite large. There was no bottled water, but snacks were provided. Overall, it was very good.
GGuest UserA good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination.
We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.
GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
SSuperchen1The hotel is good overall, with many breakfast options and a small gym. The small swimming pool outside can only be used in summer. It is quite clean.
GGuest UserBooked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station.
Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24
LLuo YIN xcVery close to Porta Susa train station, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very beautiful, and the service is thoughtful. The room is not big but comfortable and reasonably arranged; the shower room is a little small, but it does not affect the use. The cost performance is very high, and I will choose it again when I come to Turin next time.
GGuest UserMy stay at Hotel Indigo in Turin was very pleasant. This hotel blends local culture with modern design, and the rooms are comfortable and distinctive. The breakfast, made with fresh local ingredients, was especially delicious. The hotel's convenient location makes it easy to explore the city's history and art. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home.
