Amazing
GGuest UserConvenient location. Bus, tram, and train right on your doorstep. Lidl in the basement! Parking in the underground car park is easy, but the €11 price is a bit steep... but it's safe! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommended. The gym is showing its age, not bad, but not good either...
The only real drawback... the ladies who clean the rooms are ”very, very perfunctory.”
Otherwise, highly recommended!
GGrace@ZacThe breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars.

Great
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in Gdansk, slightly out of the city center, but just a 5-minute walk to the main street. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The spa is a real bonus for this lovely property! Congratulations!
好好想去旅行~(◠‿・)—☆The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the street views. There are also plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, making it convenient for shopping! The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in process was very smooth. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were top-notch, really helping me relax and fall asleep! The view from the window was open and unobstructed. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance!
GGuest UserHotel was great. Location was great. You had market around corner. Transport to the airport to hotel very easy. Take bus from airport transfer major touris spot. Walking distance to take a different bus. Take the bus. When you get get off the bus make right. I believe 5 stop. Your hotel there. Transportion was easy. Can go anywhere from hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was awesome. I didn't eat at restaurants but smell good. I do recommend this hotel. Great experience.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while the location and views are quite decent, the overall service fell short of expectations.
Firstly, basic amenities such as drinking water were not provided. When we asked, the receptionist even suggested that we drink tap water, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this standard.
Secondly, the service level was disappointing. The bellboys did not assist us with our luggage upon arrival, which is something typically expected.
Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its location, the service quality clearly needs improvement.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.
DDarekHotel is generally very cool. Support 5/5, gentlemen help in everything, parking for free, day-long extension for free:) food super:)
The room is clean, large, but ....
The bed was supposed to be 1 and in the size of kingsize, unfortunately it turned out that it was 2 beds connected ...
This led to another problem- socket and light switches I had around my head-under the pillow. This caused me to turn on the light several times at night.
Another problem is the air conditioning panel-no display, causes the lack of knowledge of the specific temperature in the room.
GGuest UserOkay location, not really quiet rooms. Lots of running can be heard inside the room. Very small shower, inconsistent water temperature. Toilet seat mounted unreasonably high and uncomfortable. Quite old TV but in a weird position and blocked by the desk light. Very, very, VERY BAD BEDS. It felt like getting skewered in the ribcage! Budget friendly but very outdated hotel and beds like torture tables. Would consider alternatives even if farther.
MMandymoo1Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.
