A wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

This hotel is truly European standard with top-notch service. The staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and making sure you're comfortable in every way. We stayed in a designer room with lounge access. The room was incredibly beautiful and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were a dream for the best sleep. The hotel is located right on the beach, close to all the bars and nightlife, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Breakfasts were beyond excellent. We'll really miss this hotel, the friendly smiles, and the incredible views. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's definitely worth every penny.
A few minor downsides: we didn't really see the point of the lounge. Cocktails and good quality spirits were only available from 5 PM to 7 PM.
The shower had poor drainage, so we had to wait for the water to go down.
We also didn't quite understand why we weren't allowed to check out at 2 PM, especially since our booking confirmation mentioned this option, and the hotel seemed half-empty, with us being the only ones in the lounge most of the time.
But these are all minor points compared to the wonderful experience we had.

JeremieGWent to the hotel for one night. The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by.
No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset
So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan
Also went to the spa ”l 'occitane” and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing!
The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent.
Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

Great stay, all of the staff were hard working, and friendly but Catalina, Moe and Aaron were exceptional and a credit to the team. Good location, comfortable room, big pool, plenty of beds, direct access to the beach, fabulous sunsets snd a short walk to Haadrin Walking Street, restaurants and its beach. The only negative was that smoking was permitted around the pool, it would’ve been a more pleasant experience if there were smoking and none smoking areas and it was enforced by staff.

I had stayed on this beach years ago, and it remained one of my absolute favourites. We decided to splurge and stay at the Buri Rasi this time, and we were not disappointed. The reception staff were great, very professional. The hotel itself is beachfront and has, I would say, the best spot on the beach. We had a pool-view room, and it was spacious and well-equipped. There was enough beds on the beach for everyone, the hotel did happy hour a lot, and sometimes all day, and that included the in-house massages. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pastries, I think, were cooked onsite and also sold in the coffee shop attached. Overall, a lovely spot to stay and relax for 5 days, the surrounding area has enough restaurants and bars if you do want to eat out, but everywhere was competitively priced. The only downside for me was the sea, at this time of year (Dec) the sea was wild and wavey so i couldnt flop about in it all day, as i had done at other times of the year.

We stayed at Dusita Buncha for 6 days. Our room had a sea and pool view. The room was spacious, but there weren't enough shelves for small items, so all our little things ended up in bags in the corner. The bathroom didn't have a shower screen. We also heard the constant noise of water pumps. They offered us a room on a higher floor, but it had the same issue. Some people might not notice it, but I got used to it over the days. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The fridge and air conditioning were a bit loud, but again, you get used to everything. We ended up sleeping without the AC. The hotel has beautiful grounds, but I wish they'd take better care of them, especially clearing trash and dirt from the pathways. The sea had lots of coral and fish. We took a boat to Nang Yuan islands, which cost 300 baht per person for a round trip. The gym smelled strongly of rubber, so I couldn't use it. Unfortunately, they didn't provide water bottles or towels for our child (6 years old). The staff were friendly and responsive! Dining at the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner was a bit expensive, so we went to neighboring cafes instead. My suggestion would be to create a small kids' room or playground, as there's plenty of space on the hotel grounds. Also, having some board games would be a nice addition.

We were happy with our stay and enjoyed the resort and their food.
Most reviews indicate that the hotel needs some renovation which is true, though it still has its charm and remains a great resort.
Food is pricey but in our opinion was very good every day. The Thai cuisine is great for lunch/dinner throughout the day. Breakfast was decent and the “eggs on demand” are of good added value.
Staff was friendly.

The owner from Manchester are such lovely people. They offer daily trips for their guests so nobody will feel lonely while staying at this place. The employees are always friendly and it is really different than other places. You feel like coming home. The vibes are amazing ! I don’t really care about internet connections, because I remember Phangan when there was no 24/7 stores and nobody had mobile phones and there was no internet available.
A warm welcome place to connect to other people easily. And again: the vibes are really amazing !!! Both thumbs up. P.S.: I don’t recommend the dorm room, but for students and young people who don’t have big budgets it is cool that this way of accommodation still exist.
