Amazing
GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

GGuest UserBeautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water . Room was clean and very comfortable. We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests. We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. We would return to this place again in the future

AAlipallyLet’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

JJorborI was very excited to stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was fortunate to receive a room with a high ceiling, which made the space feel even more spacious and airy. The room was also very clean. The only downside was that after spending some time in the room or using the bathroom, a strong sewage odor began to come from the drain. Even with the toilet lid closed, the smell was still quite unpleasant. In terms of transportation, everything was very convenient. You can contact the lobby to arrange transfers around Koh Phangan (for an additional fee). Guests can also access the swimming pool and certain services at other hotels within the same group (additional charges may apply), which makes getting around easier and adds more activities to enjoy. As for the breakfast buffet, there was a wide variety of options available. However, most of the dishes were quite cold, likely because they had been left out for some time. Only the egg station served freshly cooked and warm food.

WWenJi3It's a stunningly beautiful location, room is idyllic and you're fully immersed in nature. The pool is a dream to dive into everyday and the view is amazing at all times of the day. Layout is very quirky which we loved and room service was super cute. Main challenge is mosquitos which are unavoidable in Thailand, here especially sunsets triggered lots of them to appear. Photo is a view from the hammock overlooking the pool and the beach

GGuest UserI would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort. The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there. Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

EErdaogeThe hotel facilities are decent and relatively new, but the service is terrible. The front desk wouldn't even lend me nail clippers, I'm not sure if they're just chronically broke. They charge an extra 3% for card payments and play dumb when it comes to refunds, probably because they used to be food delivery drivers. They arbitrarily canceled my paid diving reservation and changed prices whenever they felt like it, completely lacking credibility. Don't even get me started on the diving; the divemaster is Thai, and you can imagine his English skills. The equipment is very old. I had to go barefoot with the fins, even though I brought shoes that I couldn't use, and ended up getting blisters. The wetsuit was short-sleeved and short-legged, resulting in many scratches, while the divemaster himself wore a full suit and shoes. There was no boat for diving; they subcontracted to Big Bubble dive shop, which is why the price was higher than elsewhere. Where was the boat? 'Under repair,' you know how that goes. Service: I'd give it 0 stars if I could, but there's no option.

GGuest UserThe beach this hotel is on is incredible and a must-see in Koh Tao. The hotel itself is great, but it has limited connections to other restaurants, which they exploit by charging 20 euros for dishes (which is far too expensive for Thailand). You can't easily go eat elsewhere without a motorbike. If you're considering walking, it's a 30-minute trek with terrible hills.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
