Great
MMaria Perez TThe location is nice and quiet, walking distance to other restaurants through the beach. The beach is very nice, clean and good for kids especially when the tide is low.
Our Cabana was spacious, beautiful, although a bit dark. The water pressure was low and we didn’t have hot water. We asked them to fix it but it didn’t happen on time before our check-out. We stayed for two nights.
The pool has a waterfall, and it looks a little run down. Nice view to the sea from the pool, though.
The breakfast (included) was ok. Fruits, bread, but not many options for vegetarian/vegans in the menu. Dinners were good. Overall, a beautiful hotel, kind staff, great location, maintenance response could be better.

Great
AAlipallyLet’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.
GGuest UserBeautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water .
Room was clean and very comfortable.
We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests.
We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants.
We would return to this place again in the future
GGuest UserThe place is overrated.
There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived, no iron or phone in the rooms. The towels were dirty, room generally quite dated. Flies all over breakfast. Location is great, can’t fault that. Too expensive for something quite poor quality.
TThymen DijkshoornI stayed here alone and booked a private room, which was very spacious and had everything I needed — it felt more like a hotel room than a hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the hostel is far from the bars and nightlife, so it’s not ideal if you want to go out in the evenings. During my stay, there were also very few Western travelers, which made it feel a bit quiet for a solo traveler.
VVasilisaThere were cockroaches in the room. For 2 days they didn’t come to clean our place, but only left 2 bottles of water and toilet paper at the front door. The girl at the reception was polite, but she gave the wrong information - she said that at the Ko Tao pier you can leave your things for free for safekeeping and go on an excursion yourself. No it's not like that. In the hotel itself, breakfast was served in different places every day - it was not convenient to walk up and down the stairs. The location of the hotel is good, there is a free shuttle 3 times a day to 7/11, convenient. There was a swimming pool - dirty. The snorkeling is beautiful near the hotel, I met a turtle there. Breakfast at the hotel is very poor.
GGerman96Excellent breakfasts, the area and the pool overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, the rooms are in good condition, cleaning was done every day, a good beach for snorkeling and a passage to the island of Koh Ma, it is not swimmable, a little to the left and the beach is swimmable, there are restaurants nearby, there were no night parties, we were happy with everything, perhaps the only minus is that we arrived at 12 and waited until 14 to check in.
PPhil HamillThe place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon. The pool was green & murky when I stayed.
MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
