IInna777This is a great hotel. Starting from the location, ending with small details in the room - mosquito spray in a perfume bottle. The staff is very polite and caring. You feel in absolute comfort and safety. The hotel area is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Breakfasts are great. There is everything. Buffet format + ordering from the menu. Any kind of scrambled eggs, porridge, juices, avocado toast, fruit, etc. You must leave a deposit of 1000 baht at the hotel; it will be returned upon check-out. On the downside, one night there was a lot of noise from the company in the neighboring villa. With music, dancing, etc. I think the hotel should take action and prevent this from happening. Still, the non-hotel format does not imply noisy parties.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!

DDomingos RIt's a nice and relaxing beach, to get away and wind off a bit. The room was super clean and new, and was quite nice with a balcony. There are very few plugs in the room, and the bedside plug was obstructed by the mattress and the bed, so it was unusable.
There's a pool but it had a lot of sand from the kids running in and out of the beach and jumping directly into the pool... The beach, facing sunrise, is perfect and one of the nicest ones on the island, along with the larger one on the other bay next door. The SUPs and kayaks were old and broken. It had a very nice breakfast, which was included.
Service was good, but I was upset that they claimed the hotel was going to be fully booked and couldn't offer a late checkout, although there were plenty of rooms available on trip.com to book, and when later that day I said that, they changed the story and said my room was already booked for the next day.

RRhys14Fantastic hotel, rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel pool and resturant which is on the beach front are amazing. Great food and drinks served in the restaurant. Staff were brilliant on arrival, very friendly and helped bring our bags to the room. We were gutted to be leaving here, would definitely stay here again.

ЮЮлия, РоссияThe hotel isn't brand new, but the rooms are spacious. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view, complete with a daybed, which was a fantastic feature. It's located on the other side of the pier. While there's a shuttle service, we preferred renting a scooter to get around. Breakfast was pretty standard and could get quite crowded. The beach is gorgeous, and they offer complimentary kayaks for guests. They also have three excellent swimming pools. Overall, we were satisfied with our two-day stay.

ZZhan_DThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it is far from being so. The bay is very beautiful, and this is the only advantage of the hotel. Lots of people come for breakfast, but there is only one coffee machine, which is managed by a very unfriendly madam. Hotelier, buy a couple more coffee machines and stop torturing guests!

GGuest UserThere is so much to like and a few things to be warned about in this property. The first is that the location, Chaloklum beach, is very remote and will be difficult to get to from Thong Sala pier unless you are traveling with a large group.
However, that remoteness is very much the appeal of this area for me, as it is once of the quietest beaches I’ve ever experienced. The second thing to note is that the hotel rooms shows it’s age, with a cracking bath tile for the jacuzzi and balcony doors that barely work. The hotel room only had one plug as well, and the hair dryer did not work. The last thing I will say though is that the view really is unbeatable; you open your curtains and see one of the most beautiful sights you can see.

熊熊The house gave me a very good impression. It felt cool when I entered the first day. The space on the first floor was open, and the glass in front of it was glass, revealing the clear pool and the sea in the distance. My family and I have a pleasant experience here. The location of the house is not too good, there is no shop nearby, but we rented a motorcycle when we went out. It is convenient to have a car. So this is not enough. We also book breakfast on the morning of the last day. A few aunts came over and made a table in half an hour. We will choose the next time there is a chance.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
