Outstanding
GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️
IIANA KWe stayed for 3 nights, which felt like more than enough time before heading to Koh Tao. We had plenty of time to visit the viewpoint and take photos everywhere without the crowds of day-trippers. It truly felt like we were on a deserted island! The room had everything we needed: toiletries, hot water, a fridge, a kettle, tea, and coffee. Housekeeping was daily. Breakfast was included, even though it wasn't mentioned in the booking. For breakfast, they bring you a sheet where you mark what you'd like them to prepare (the menu is consistent, but you can choose how your eggs are cooked and your coffee – the coffee seemed to be instant). There are two restaurants on the island: one on the hotel premises where breakfast is served, offering European cuisine. The other is further down, near the 'spit,' and serves Thai food with more reasonable prices; day-trippers often ate there. Prices are higher than on Koh Tao for obvious reasons, as there are no shops. However, there's a free daily shuttle to Koh Tao and back, which is convenient for longer stays. For example, a 0.33L beer on the island costs 120 baht, a mango shake is 150 baht, and dishes start from 300+ baht.
GGuest UserA hotel that captivated us!
A heavenly place – for me, everything about this vacation and hotel was perfect. We stayed in 6 hotels during our trip, and I give this one first place.
Beach
The beach is truly a paradise, the most picturesque on Koh Phangan (we visited all the tourist beaches). The sea is ideal, clear, and calm.
Grounds and Accommodation
The hotel grounds are extensive, like stepping into a jungle. We rented a large two-story house, and when we opened the door, we were amazed by its spaciousness. The hotel is older, but it's meticulously maintained and renovated.
Dining
Breakfasts are varied and delicious, served on a veranda with a beautiful view, which makes mornings especially pleasant.
Activities and Sports
The hotel has a large gym, and regular yoga and stretching classes are held, which helps you completely relax and rejuvenate.
Staff and Service
The staff and service are 5-star+. When we left, I couldn't hold back tears – that's how wonderful and heartfelt it was.
Thank you
My thanks to the management, staff, and everyone involved in creating this little slice of heaven. We grounded ourselves, immersed ourselves in nature, and truly rested.
Until we meet again!
GGuest UserNice small resort not very far from the pier. 5mn walk from the pier but away from the noise. Beach on this side of the island is beautiful but not sure that the sea is very clean. Too many boats and resorts around. Very nice staff. Swimming pool should be clean more often: tree leaves in the pool. Good value for the quality, probably much more than the other resorts on the walking street. The other resorts on the other parts of the island are bets for the quality. Anyway it would cost you a lot to join them by taxi. And pay attention that by night, the roads by motobike are a bit complicated/dangerous.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Summer luxury resort! This place is absolutely stunning from the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurant, it really is the full package for such a good price! Our room was HUGE and the bathroom was so spacious and modern! The room even had a sofa and a dressing station with a light up mirror and chair! We spent a lot of our time round the pool which had many seating areas and beds! You can also get drinks served straight to you from the bar! The restaurant had a delicious menu it was so hard to choose what to eat everyday, everything was so fresh! The hotel even helped organise a surprise sunset dinner on the beach for my partners birthday, even bringing out a cake to sing happy birthday, and they decorated the room too! We even got a transfer drop off and pick up from the hotel to the famous full moon party on the island! Not to mention the resort is also on the beach so you can even explore the sea if you wanted! I couldn’t recommend the Summer luxury resort enough, it really was the ultimate luxury stay!!
GGuest UserBans is a well established resort right in the heart of the main town/strip. Located over two sites it has several polls and offers a wide range of rooms/prices. We were located up the hill so was really nice and quiet, but quick a hike to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and well equipped but were getting a bit tired. Air Con wasn’t working well and rooms were very warm. I understand from others around the pool, with was common. The grounds were groomed immaculately and the service was excellent. During the day the Fishbowl offers some tasty and relatively cheap food, overlooking the beach !!
This is a dive resort and almost resembled a factory for diving. Bit too over commercial for my liking, so we booked diving through a quieter dive school. All in all, a lovely resort, wonderful staff and service in some stunning grounds. Would recommend if you are wanting a little luxury.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, but you need a scooter or car to get around. Scooters can be rented directly at the hotel (a bit more expensive), and there is also a transfer service – the first ride is free, any further rides are charged.
The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, with stylish rooms and a fantastic rooftop pool offering amazing views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on that.
The only downside was the noise – it’s quite easy to hear other guests in the hallways and rooms, and doors were often slammed shut, which was disturbing at times.
Overall, a lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. We would recommend it despite the noise.
JJoPutthalaPros :
- Good hotel : start to be old but totally fine.
- Staff was very kind (especially for breakfast ! Always smiling).
- For those that think the hill is the problem, just take the scooter next to the room, restaurant and swimming pool is a good idea if you don't want to climb.
- Amazing view
- I got free late check out after my morning boat was cancelled. Very kind from them.
Cons :
- No tv in rooms,
- They don't really remove leaves from the swimming pool,
- You can try to call them... No one pick up the phone (I called literally 30 times at the pier to get a shuttle for 100thb/pers) Cause the fake ”taxi” was 500thb for 2kms. The reason : the front desk (where the phone is) is closed so the reception is at the restaurant (but no phone there). They could transfer calls to a mobile phone... But no.
- It was written that there was a free shuttle going to the pier at 4pm... I was expecting to see it arriving at 4:20-30pm.. nothing came.
GGuest UserA nice location, clean and spacious room, great view. The part of the Chaloklum beach the hotel has access to is not the best, but it's easy to walk to Malibu or the one to the right from the pier. There's also a nice rooftop area with even better views. A construction site is nearby, and there's a sign with apologies for the inconveniences caused by it in the hotel, but honestly I haven't heard any noise from it.
