GGuest UserI arrived at midnight, Super friendly desk staff, she offered me a bottle of water and cookies before I went to bed. Room was clean a/c was set at 70 so room was cool. They had up graded toilets to right height. Great for some that had to knee replacements. Pool and hot tub was clean. Would recommend hotel to anyone.

33725****The courtyard is spacious with ample and free parking. The rooms are clean with comfortable bedding, and the microwave is very convenient. It's close to the airport. The front desk service is excellent, and the gym has a scale for weighing luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money.

MMsMaRieLThe hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Detroit, the hotel had a driver pick-up, just call the front desk in advance, very fast, from the airport to the elevator to the 2nd floor, there is a sign, come here for business trips do not want to run too far, there are fast food and Starbucks around, the front desk is also very warm, the accommodation experience here is very good, Next time I have a chance to come and live here.

GGuest UserDue to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad.

MmasshiroDecent hotel to stay one night. Close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful. The room facilities were fine, but the cleanliness was not the best. There are some places to eat around the place, so it's another advantage. I will definitely stay here again if necessary.

The location is a central component to my daily travel and I am able to make quicker freeway travels in many directions.
Currently no meals being served due to Covid-19.
An the staff, is very direct and aggressive when it comes to safety and moving cautiously during this time of great challenge and hardships.
My personal comfortable choice of the quality inn suites.
