Shama Hotels in Hangzhou

The hotel facilities details page didn't mention an electric water heater, meaning it's not part of their 24-hour hot water service standard. The staff were quite enthusiastic, but it seems their service training might be lacking, as many small details were missed. For example, the sink counter wasn't cleaned, the toothbrush cups weren't replaced, the toothbrush holder was damp and moldy and nobody replaced it. A spotlight on the living room sofa was broken and wasn't fixed, and a light in the hallway kept flickering for all six days of my stay. Additionally, the walls had dirty scuffs and scratches, and the desk was either moldy or had large black stains, and so on. Why am I complaining so much? Because I chose the Premium Five-Diamond standard. In my opinion, it might not even meet the standards of a small chain business hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.
