Shama Hotels in Hangzhou

To ensure my family had a great stay, I personally checked out many hotels and ultimately chose Shama. I was very satisfied after checking in. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Location: It's right next to Sanba Metro Station, with lines 5 and 2, making travel super convenient. Room: I'm so grateful the hotel upgraded our room type; the kids were thrilled! The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, washer/dryer, and refrigerator. The view from the window was expansive, and with the windows closed, it was completely quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.
