"The room is old. The building itself is old. However, it was clean and the large communal bath and dining hall were renovated and beautiful.
All the staff are soft and smiley. Both dinner and breakfast had no special high-class ingredients, but none of them were delicious. There is nothing in the location but I want to go again because I can enjoy everything in the hotel"

"酒店是日式傳統溫泉旅館。雖然有些小陳舊，但職員服務非常之細心及有禮。有免費有蓋停車場，車位充足！由於位置比較偏僻，只適合自駕遊！溫泉是天然溫泉，好評！由於酒店房間不是太多，所以入住人數亦不多，沒有擠迫的感覺！入住最緊要預訂早餐及晚餐，因為附近沒有食肆！這旅館的食物美味，職員服務也好！如自駕遊由金沢至白川鄉，旅館去白川鄉約駕車一小時多！這間溫泉酒店值得推薦！"
