GGuest UserI brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free.
We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling.
It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

The environment is serene, the rooms are clean and tidy, with spacious interiors and great views. The private hot spring water is excellent; after a soak, you feel completely relaxed. The service is warm and attentive, parking is convenient, and it's quiet for a good night's sleep. This is the ultimate hot spring hotel in Western Sichuan – a sure bet, you can't go wrong!

YyyyuanxinnnThe private hot spring tub in the hotel room had a bit of hair left in it, which wasn't cleaned, but everything else was spotless. There's also underfloor heating in the room. The staff were all very polite and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel also has a restaurant; I ordered dinner, and they even delivered it to my room. After finishing, I messaged their WeChat customer service, and they came to clear everything away. The food was delicious too. The view outside the hotel is amazing! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍

All the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and loving towards dogs. You can tell they genuinely adore them. I heard from a staff member that they've adopted over a dozen stray or lost dogs over the years and found them good homes, which truly shows what a warm and compassionate hotel this is.
The hotel just opened at the end of 2025, so everything is brand new and spotless. It also has a lot of ******* characteristics, making it perfect for taking photos. The service was impeccable – they offered valet parking, helped with luggage, and even recommended great places to eat. I only stayed one night because I had to rush back to Chengdu, but it's definitely on my favorites list. I'll be staying here again next time I visit Gurgou!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! This hotel offers great value for money, especially being so close to the scenic area. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. They even have a hot spring bath ♨️, though it would be perfect if the water was just a tiny bit warmer. Parking and EV charging are convenient, and it's also close to Da'erpu, just an hour's drive away.

PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

__WeChat381617****I stayed here again, and the room was as clean and comfortable as ever. The receptionists, Cui Xiao and Hai Zhang, provided excellent and thoughtful service. I added Cui Xiao on WeChat 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 😚😚😚 I'll definitely stay here again. It's considered good value for money in this town. The only disappointment was the restaurant, but it was improved later and was quite nice. The rooms were much better than I expected. This hotel has had hot springs for a long time, and the renovation made it very grand. Soaking in the hot spring was very relaxing.

GGuest UserThe room layout was good, offering separate spaces for four people across two bedrooms. However, the slide was too steep, felt unsafe, and lacked entertainment value. The bunk bed room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, so we specifically requested an extra duvet at night. The room carpet wasn't very clean, but the response was quick – when we reported the broken security chain, a worker was sent to fix it promptly.
We were disappointed with the restaurant. The staff were indifferent, and the prices were too high, making it poor value for money. Although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, the taste wasn't great, and many items felt like frozen food.
The hot springs, perhaps due to fewer guests, only had a few pools open, and they were quite small. While the infinity pool offered nice views, it was just a small swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn't consider a second visit.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a tent-style room, and it was quite an experience. It would be even more amazing if it snowed in winter, just opening the tent and seeing the snow! My husband also kept saying how peaceful the room with the starry sky roof was; we'd love to stay there sometime.
There were two minor drawbacks. First, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom; you just had to put them back in your pocket after use, which was inconvenient.
Second, the private hot spring bath was a bit disappointing. Perhaps because the lid wasn't properly closed, there were tons of small insects in the tub after filling it, and we spent ages scooping them out. Safety could also be improved. The handrail leading to the hot spring was on the outside, where there were curtains and chairs, so it's usually not used. I tried to go up from the side closer to the room and slipped; my foot is still black.
Overall, the minor flaws don't outweigh the merits. The interior and exterior decor were very stylish, the owner was very helpful, and the price for the private hot spring room was quite reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the scenic area.
