GGuest UserParking is convenient, with two slow-charging stations available. The guesthouse itself is very new, with a simple yet elegant decor that's incredibly pleasing to the eye. The interior is clean and tidy, definitely a big plus. The owners are super friendly and welcoming; since there's no elevator, they proactively offered to help us carry our luggage upstairs, which was a huge help. They're also very chatty. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I have to give a special shout-out to the steamed buns (xiaolongbao) – they're homemade, not store-bought! Plus, the surroundings are quiet at night, which is great for a good night's sleep. Hot water supply is excellent too, quick to heat up and with good pressure.

Hhellboy62The hotel deserves high praise! We stayed at several hotels during the National Day holiday, and this one was by far the best. Even my child said they wanted to come back next time when we left. We arrived quite late, and two front desk staff members came out to greet us, helped with our luggage, and offered us tea and even a tremella soup. They had prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the child in advance and even provided an extra set of children's toiletries. The breakfast selection was also very rich, with *******, Chinese, and Western options, all exquisitely prepared and delicious. There were also complimentary snacks from Sam's Club in the lobby, which clearly shows the owner's thoughtfulness. They also offered special traditional clothing for guests to wear, perfect for taking great photos around the hotel. What was even more child-friendly was the ability to pick vegetables on-site! Overall, the experience was excellent, and we will definitely be staying here again.

GGuest UserFantastic! I honestly didn't expect to find such a great hotel near a scenic area for this price. They even upgraded my room during the off-season. They provide Baishishan bottled water in the room—something even some dodgy five-star hotels in Sanya fail to do these days. The breakfast was way beyond expectations too (forgot to take photos!). Absolutely wonderful all around, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Mt. Bipenggou.

WWjieThis is our second time staying at this hotel. My kids loved it during our last visit, especially the large tatami bed in the room, which was perfect for them to play on.
The hotel's design beautifully blends ******* style with a modern aesthetic. The lighting is also brilliantly done—literally every photo turns out amazing, no matter how casually you snap it.
On the 7th floor, there’s a cozy space for drinks and coffee, plus a super cute cat named Yuanbao 🐈.
The hot spring pool isn't huge, but the view is wonderful. I was initially worried about the cleanliness of the springs, but both times I noticed them draining the water and refilling it with freshly disinfected water around 3:00 PM. That really put my mind at ease—it's very clean.
The featured ******* dishes and hot pots at the first-floor restaurant are also highly recommended. Every dish we tried was great and made with fresh ingredients.
The staff are very warm and welcoming, and there's even a traditional Hada presentation ceremony right when you walk in, which adds a wonderful sense of ritual.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making transportation very convenient. It also has an underground parking lot. The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. Seeing that we had a large group, they specifically upgraded our room. The room was very clean, and breakfast was quite plentiful. The best part is that the owner thoughtfully asked if we had already had breakfast and if we wanted anything packed to go.

GGuest UserThe stay was very good, the room was very clean, the hotel was very new and the boss was very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is also very good. From the room, you can see the snow-capped mountains at the end of the road. The bathtub in front of the window is very large. In summer, I soak in the bathtub and look at the green mountains outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. It is really pleasant. The boss also recommended many attractions to me, ready to explore today.

JJ ·The owner was so kind! They proactively upgraded my room, and when they saw I had a child, they even provided a kids' toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The room was spacious, and the hotel is right next to the Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it super convenient for visiting both Lixian and Bipenggou. At just over 100 [currency], the value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

LLizishushuThe room was just okay. The bathroom door handle was dirty, there were water stains on the ceiling, and the sink and room wallpaper weren't very clean. I felt it wasn't worth the price, but overall, considering the facilities, it was acceptable. The laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers available for free use. The gym has three pieces of equipment. The view from the rooftop observation deck was average, not as good as looking out at the river from the room's window. I was too tired to try the hot spring, but it looked decent and was open from 3 PM to 10 PM. Breakfast was alright; the broccoli, sausages, egg tarts, and fried eggs tasted pretty good.

PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

MManguoqihaidefengThe facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so.
We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions.
The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
