AADAM__2025Hidden in the mountains, this hotel was a gem, offering a truly unforgettable experience! Taking advantage of a weekday getaway to the mountains, this hotel was a wonderful surprise. First, the hotel is incredibly smart; the smart room control system allows you to turn lights and curtains on and off with a single voice command – so high-tech and convenient! Second, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking! Our room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the sea of clouds in the morning and the starry sky at night – simply divine. Finally, a huge shout-out to the owners! Communication was seamless from the booking stage, and upon arrival, they personally greeted us, warmly helped with our luggage, and even hand-drew a hiking map of the surrounding area, pointing out hidden gems – it felt like finding a dear old friend in the mountains. In short, a perfect experience, we'll definitely be back!

YyyyuanxinnnThe private hot spring tub in the hotel room had a bit of hair left in it, which wasn't cleaned, but everything else was spotless. There's also underfloor heating in the room. The staff were all very polite and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel also has a restaurant; I ordered dinner, and they even delivered it to my room. After finishing, I messaged their WeChat customer service, and they came to clear everything away. The food was delicious too. The view outside the hotel is amazing! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍

GGuest UserThe best part of my trip to Bipenggou was definitely this hotel. It's newly opened, and the location is super convenient, really close to the scenic area. But the main thing is how great the hotel owners are! They gave us recommendations for things to do, and even offered free shuttle service to and from the Bipenggou scenic area. They're such genuinely nice people. Plus, their rooms are clean and tidy with amazing views – from my room, I could open the curtains and see the snow-capped mountains! The private hot spring is very private, and after a soak, all my fatigue just melted away. Their food is also excellent; even guests from nearby hotels come to eat there!

WWodenichengshiqigeziOverall, I had a good experience, so I extended my stay by another night. The hot springs, in particular, were great. On both mornings I was there, I noticed the pool was empty and clean. They refilled it in the afternoon, which made it feel very hygienic.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a tent-style room, and it was quite an experience. It would be even more amazing if it snowed in winter, just opening the tent and seeing the snow! My husband also kept saying how peaceful the room with the starry sky roof was; we'd love to stay there sometime.
There were two minor drawbacks. First, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom; you just had to put them back in your pocket after use, which was inconvenient.
Second, the private hot spring bath was a bit disappointing. Perhaps because the lid wasn't properly closed, there were tons of small insects in the tub after filling it, and we spent ages scooping them out. Safety could also be improved. The handrail leading to the hot spring was on the outside, where there were curtains and chairs, so it's usually not used. I tried to go up from the side closer to the room and slipped; my foot is still black.
Overall, the minor flaws don't outweigh the merits. The interior and exterior decor were very stylish, the owner was very helpful, and the price for the private hot spring room was quite reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the scenic area.

GGuest UserI have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! The environment is elegant, the decoration is exquisite and unique, the room is clean and tidy, and it is right under the Bipenggou Scenic Area. The snow scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the proprietress will pick us up to the Bipenggou Scenic Area. The food is also very delicious and rich in variety. I didn't expect that the best stir-fried beef we had in Sichuan was here. It was a bit of a surprise. The waiter was also very enthusiastic and introduced us to the attractions and travel guide. What I am most grateful for is that we had altitude sickness after going to Bipenggou. The proprietress was very enthusiastic to take me to the pharmacy, and also cooked green vegetable and lean meat porridge and sent it to the room. She always cared about our situation, which made me feel warm like going home. I will choose this place again if I have the opportunity to come and play next time!

AAihechadehongyuDue to traffic restrictions, we didn't set off from Chengdu for Bipenggou until 8 AM. It was an all-expressway drive, and we reached the hotel around 11 AM. The front desk staff were very welcoming and assigned us a room on the third floor. Waking up and drawing the curtains in the morning was a delightful surprise; I never expected to have a direct view of the stunning sunrise illuminating the golden peaks. It was absolutely breathtaking.
**Facilities:** The hotel has an elevator, and the rooms are quite new. Each room is equipped with a smart water dispenser, which is much more convenient and hygienic than a traditional electric kettle. The bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design and come with smart toilets. There's also a parking lot, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car.
**Cleanliness:** The rooms were very clean and well-maintained.
**Location & Environment:** The surroundings are pleasant, and we could see snow-capped mountains right from our window. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bipenggou Tourist Center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient.
**Service:** The service was warm and attentive.
