SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

GGuest UserI brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free.
We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling.
It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

All the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and loving towards dogs. You can tell they genuinely adore them. I heard from a staff member that they've adopted over a dozen stray or lost dogs over the years and found them good homes, which truly shows what a warm and compassionate hotel this is.
The hotel just opened at the end of 2025, so everything is brand new and spotless. It also has a lot of ******* characteristics, making it perfect for taking photos. The service was impeccable – they offered valet parking, helped with luggage, and even recommended great places to eat. I only stayed one night because I had to rush back to Chengdu, but it's definitely on my favorites list. I'll be staying here again next time I visit Gurgou!

There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is perfect – you won't feel cold even soaking outside. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. Plus, there's a laundry room available for guests.

GGuest UserIt's very close to Bipenggou, conveniently located right on the road to Lixiao. The rooms are spacious. Although there isn't a private balcony, there's a wide corridor which is quite convenient for smokers. The restaurant is also a major highlight; the food is delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. It's a perfectly good option for guests who prefer not to eat out.

LLuodayudeqingtianThe room came with a private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Parking was also very convenient. They had all the amenities for warmth: floor heating, air conditioning, and even an electric blanket. In fact, it was almost too warm; I actually woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and had to turn down the floor heating. The cat was also super cute – it kept meowing outside the door as if asking to be let in, haha!

MM278417****I have to rave about this hotel! It's super close to the Bipenggou scenic area, and right downstairs there's a huge parking lot with four charging stations. At 1.2 yuan per kilowatt-hour, that's a pretty good deal for charging near a scenic spot. There's also a supermarket directly opposite, which is really convenient for buying things.
And I absolutely *must* praise the front desk lady – she gave us two bottles of Rhodiola rosea when she found out we were experiencing some altitude sickness 🥹. It really helped alleviate our symptoms! If you're traveling to Bipenggou, you can choose this hotel without hesitation!

Absolutely wonderful outdoor hot spring with stunning mountain views (you can even see snow-capped peaks!) and star-gazing opportunities while relaxing. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and always smiling. The handsome security guard, Zhaxi Dongzuo, was also very enthusiastic and even offered to help us take photos, which made all the ladies feel fantastic!

BBuxiangshangbanzenmepoIt's the off-season now, and I chose this hotel for my trip to Bipenggou, as the reviews looked quite good. I booked a twin room, which was originally on the first floor. The front desk lady very kindly upgraded us to a room upstairs, where we could see the snowy mountains in the back. In the evening, I wanted to do some laundry, and since it was too late, I asked the front desk lady to help us out. The service was really great, and the breakfast had a good variety and plenty to eat. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

GGuangdongqinqingThe hotel is located right inside the scenic area. We checked in at the entrance of the scenic area and then took a shuttle, which took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel up the mountain. The hotel environment is truly excellent, with snow-capped mountains visible not far away. The heating in our original king room had an issue, but the hotel promptly upgraded our room, which was fantastic service. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. We had stayed at the foot of the mountain the night before, so we checked in early and even had breakfast at the Western restaurant after checking in. The hotel is at an altitude of 3000 meters, so mild altitude sickness might occur. Make sure to bring enough oxygen, as oxygen tanks are very expensive in the scenic area.
