SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

GGuest UserI brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free.
We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling.
It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

Both the common areas and rooms are impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. The facilities are superb: each room has a private hot spring, underfloor heating, and smart home features. The rooftop infinity pool offers unparalleled views, and soaking in the natural hot spring water is incredibly relaxing. The service is an added bonus—the housekeeper is attentive throughout your stay, always ready to assist. The breakfast is exquisite and authentic, parking and charging are convenient, and being pet-friendly is a huge plus! The overall experience was perfect. This is a hidden gem for a hot spring vacation in Western Sichuan, highly recommended!

HHuilingdundedanThis is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county.
I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service.
As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

GGuest UserIt's very close to Bipenggou, conveniently located right on the road to Lixiao. The rooms are spacious. Although there isn't a private balcony, there's a wide corridor which is quite convenient for smokers. The restaurant is also a major highlight; the food is delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. It's a perfectly good option for guests who prefer not to eat out.

PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The front desk staff was lovely; they upgraded me to a quieter room when they heard I was staying two nights. The room itself isn't perfectly soundproof, you can hear conversations from next door, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Breakfast was sufficient, and everything else was fine. It's super convenient for getting to the scenic area.

GGuest UserThe room layout was good, offering separate spaces for four people across two bedrooms. However, the slide was too steep, felt unsafe, and lacked entertainment value. The bunk bed room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, so we specifically requested an extra duvet at night. The room carpet wasn't very clean, but the response was quick – when we reported the broken security chain, a worker was sent to fix it promptly.
We were disappointed with the restaurant. The staff were indifferent, and the prices were too high, making it poor value for money. Although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, the taste wasn't great, and many items felt like frozen food.
The hot springs, perhaps due to fewer guests, only had a few pools open, and they were quite small. While the infinity pool offered nice views, it was just a small swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn't consider a second visit.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft – after a long day, I fell asleep in an instant. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan our scenic route and even gave us some local snacks. It's only a 5-minute walk to the park entrance, which saved us a lot of time and effort. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuangdongqinqingThe hotel is located right inside the scenic area. We checked in at the entrance of the scenic area and then took a shuttle, which took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel up the mountain. The hotel environment is truly excellent, with snow-capped mountains visible not far away. The heating in our original king room had an issue, but the hotel promptly upgraded our room, which was fantastic service. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. We had stayed at the foot of the mountain the night before, so we checked in early and even had breakfast at the Western restaurant after checking in. The hotel is at an altitude of 3000 meters, so mild altitude sickness might occur. Make sure to bring enough oxygen, as oxygen tanks are very expensive in the scenic area.
