The rooms are very hot in the winter and there is no air conditioning. The outside temperature is -20 degrees. It's not comfortable to sleep with the AC on in such a hot night."

"I'm a returning guest, and I had a very comfortable stay last time, and this time was good too. The main draw is that it's cheap and cheerful, with a great location not far from the commercial center and the train station, making dining and shopping super convenient (it's almost too many choices, haha).
However, everyone, please beware of the shop called ”Mongolia Dairy Products Store” under the signboard at the intersection nearby! The owner is really bad! For the same milk balls, the store across the street sells them for 20, but he dares to charge 29! And when I tried to talk to him, he just played dumb, with a heavy accent that made it impossible to understand."

"## Ambiance:
The hotel is situated right on a wide road, with a large parking lot out front. The room itself was quite spacious.
## Service:
There was only one staff member at the front desk, and she was very busy, but still managed to check me in efficiently. She thoughtfully explained all the important details. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism!
## Facilities:
The basic facilities are excellent. There's a rainfall showerhead, and the lighting controls are well-designed and easy to use. The air conditioning panel even has special instructions. All of these were fantastic. The only minor issues were that the automatic flush on the toilet would splash onto the seat, and some of the inverted power outlets in the room were unusable because plugs wouldn't fit. Despite the cool weather outside in Erenhot, the room felt stuffy without the AC on, perhaps due to the small windows. It would be even better if these minor details could be perfected.
It felt like the hotel had recently done some pest control, likely due to the season.
## Breakfast:
The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was very satisfying, and the milk tea was delicious.

My overall stay was great!"

"Very impressive for the price. I booked the deluxe smart double bed room, which is enormous. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well furnished. The electric curtains (controlled from a bedside panel) do a great job of blacking out the room. The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate my request for an early checkin at 11AM, and helpfully called a cab to the airport for me at checkout. I had no problems communicating in English. The location was good, with convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance, ansd the entire city felt very safe.
My only slight gripe is about the bathroom. There's no actual bathroom in the room but the toilet and shower are partitioned off into their own spaces in the corner. While the shower is very large and easy to use the toilet is squeezed into a space small enough that my knees were touching the door when I closed it. Seems odd given that the room is huge, so the door could easily have been moved a foot further out.
Aside from that slightly odd design choice I was very comfortable. I don't travel to Erlian very often, but if and when I return I'll happily book here again."

Breakfast is not provided (as mentioned during booking), and I don’t think they have a restaurant. However, there’s a Mongolian restaurant right next door, and KFC — which also serves beef! burgers — is within walking distance.
The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable — not too soft, not too firm. I had a good night’s rest before continuing my trip. Essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, bath gel, and towels were all provided.
Oh, and the heated toilet seat… my bum was very happy!
The hotel is just a few steps from the airport shuttle bus station. Be sure to check the departure times in advance — otherwise, you might need to negotiate a taxi ride, as I did.
The only minor issue was a faint lingering smell of cigarette smoke. I kept the window open overnight, and by morning, the smell was gone. Closing the window warmed up the room again. I do wish the management would designate a non-smoking wing, if not an entire floor, to make things more comfortable for non-smokers.
Overall, a good stay, and I’d be happy to recommend it.

They even provide fresh fruit daily, and the cleaning staff are incredibly thorough and friendly. The front desk staff are also wonderful – their service and personalities are top-notch. I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, and no unpleasant smells. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was fast, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The public areas were clean and quiet. I have to praise the breakfast—it had a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The entire environment is cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

IIderThe best part of the hotel was that it was just 5 mins walk to the Railway station, which is why I chose this hotel. The hotel had all the basics for a comfortable sleep away from home. It had bottled water, toiletries, towels (towels could be bleached better to regain its white color), and disposable slippers. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. It was a good size room. So all in all, it was a good value for money and the best part is its closeness to the railway station.

TThe Domestic China TravelerPlace was clean and a lot of things were new in there. I really enjoyed talking to the owner of the place. The front desk workers were nice people. The only thing that was bad was that the room that they gave me had a light in the bathroom that was not working. I had to use my cellphone light to take a shower because the bathroom was dark.

NNav and ShishRon was neat and tidy. Toiletries were provided. Before you check in to the room, check if the air conditioning cools well and there’s good WiFi signal. Because in the room we stayed in, air conditioning wasn’t cooking the room and the WiFi signal was terrible. It’s 1.5km from the city center. Staff were nice. There are a few supermarkets nearby but for restaurants we need to go to the city center. Also, it’s cheaper to book the room with the hotel directly instead of trip.com
