"The service was really bad, and it was hard to communicate with them. One day, our room wasn't cleaned, and they offered no solution. When we asked staff to come up and take out the trash, they showed up empty-handed asking us for a bag. They only took the trash from the desk and left without a word, didn't even close the door or say they were finished. Even if housekeeping hours were over, solving the problem should have been their priority, right?"

The overall environment of the hotel room was clean, the room was cleaned very carefully, the pillows in the room were very comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk staff was very good, asking about the delicious and fun surroundings and patiently helping to recommend the answer. The hotel is very close to Jinhu. The small subway train that punched in is diagonally opposite the hotel. It can be reached on foot. It is very convenient to travel. It is not big. Going to Laoyin Mountain is also a place to walk to the cable car for more than 10 minutes. The weather is very good and very comfortable."

"If I could rate higher than 5/5, I would. Me and my friend had a wonderful time spent with this family at their homestay. We are unable to speak chinese but the couple hosting the homestay were quick to accommodate for us, using translation apps and providing us information about prayer timings and food spots in shadian.
We spent eid al-adha here and they were very generous with food as well. After morning prayers on eid, we were greeted with a warm bowl of rice noodles and in the evening, they cooked a scrumptious spread of local chinese cuisine using the lamb sacrificed on eid. The family welcomed us with open arms despite language barriers and made us feel loved in this lovely home in Shadian. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting shadian!"

It perfectly makes up for the small inconvenience of no breakfast, but gives me the opportunity to explore the local flavor in depth. Entering the room, although there is no intelligent voice assistant or automatic sensing equipment, every detail is warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the windows had excellent sound insulation, which made me have a quiet corner in the hustle and bustle of the city."

"The 5,000-square-meter General's Mansion was purchased by the B&B owner in 1998 and has been under renovation for nearly 15 years (it was once inhabited by a general, renovated by his descendants, and then taken over by the government in 1958, where it has been completely altered). The renovation is still ongoing...
As a boutique B&B, it lacks refinement and comfort, but the courtyard structure, with its black bricks and tiles, carved beams and painted rafters, pavilions, and winding corridors, is worth savoring.
After breakfast, the owner took us on a tour of the mansion, explaining its origins and history along the way. 👍🏻 Upon checking out, the owner returned and graciously invited us for tea and a chat. 👍🏻 The B&B is thriving."

This is my second stay! They thoughtfully provide a front door key for guests returning late at night and even asked if we needed disposable towels or bath towels. When we did laundry here, they provided extra hangers, making us feel right at home. Overall, the surrounding environment is fantastic, the location is superb, the hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly. For this price, the value is unbeatable. ShanxishengdatongshipingchengqulvyuansanhaoyuanA homecoming experience. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Shadian Mosque.
The room was clean and tidy, reflecting the solemnity and peace of Muslims. The owner was warm, hospitable, and attentive, answering all questions and providing detailed information about the surrounding area. Ablutions were available at the hotel. There was an elevator, 24-hour hot water, and the rooms were spacious and bright. From the old station, it's a 15-minute ride by tricycle for 10 yuan. Taxis are less common and can also be found for 15 yuan.
It would be even better if meals were provided.
Northerners don't usually eat spicy rice noodles.

Very cozy homestay. The decoration style is very homely. The hygiene of the entire homestay is first-class. You can bring your own food and beverage. When I arrived at the store, it was already 9 p.m. and all the snack shops outside were closed. The boss specially treated me to beef noodles and kept asking me for more if it was not enough. All the staff in the store are as friendly as family members. Highly recommend everyone to stay. Thanks again for the kindness of the store 🙏🙏🙏

The boss is kind and the location is great. It is the largest mosque that can be seen with the naked eye. It is a pity that it is undergoing renovation. I came to Gejiu for so many business trips and actually stayed on a tatami! The hotel is very new, the hygiene is very good, and it even has a projector! The screen is also very big, and it’s fun to watch free and clear movies. It's close to the city center and costs more than 100 yuan. The front desk service is very good. My reason to visit this place was to see Shadian Mosque. This stay was very clean and was in between the station i came from and the mosque. ******* rides around this stay helped me easily access everything. There's one sweet old couple at the reception, they were very kind to me. Felt like home!
