"Great hotel with good value for money. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. All sights are within walking distance if you don't mind a good walk ;). You get what the pictures show. The owners are incredibly helpful and are willing to take the extra step. They even helped me arrange a very early bus pick-up to get to my next destination and drove me to the pick-up spot at 5:30 in the morning! I definitely recommend this hotel."

"I was in such a hurry I forgot to take pictures, but this guesthouse is amazing! The rooms are spacious and tall, like a house in the countryside, with independent air conditioning and large windows. There's a smart toilet, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. You can see the mountains right from your room, and it's very close to Baoquan with a shuttle service available. The guesthouse also offers meal service, which is a big plus. Drinking water comes from a dispenser, so no worries about not having hot water or it being unclean. The owner is very welcoming and helpful; you can ask them anything about local attractions, and they'll give you detailed answers. If you're planning to visit Baoquan Grand Canyon soon, I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for playing in the water."

"The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively. Shopping and dining are too convenient. There is a night market at night. From the underground garage, take the elevator to the front desk to stay and leave a 200 yuan deposit. The 3-person room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and the room facilities are advanced. There is no smell of smoke. I am very satisfied. The bath water pressure is very good. I like to take a hot bath. The mattress is a bit soft and acceptable. The room is on the 12th floor and the front desk and restaurant are on the same floor but the sound insulation effect is good. I can hardly hear the outdoor sound. The downside is that the elevator time is too long and it is very important to let the electric car into the elevator. If the battery suddenly catches fire, I regret this. I hope the hotel attaches great importance to strict management! Holiday restaurants can remind you to eat in time, otherwise there are many people with limited seats ~ can stand for breakfast, the dishes and chopsticks just washed and put them in the disinfection cabinet, and the next guest will take them away for dinner. "We took our child on a trip during the May Day holiday and stayed in a family room. The room was quite nice. The child liked it, and the facilities were new.
The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was acceptable, and we were full.
The hotel is very close to the Baligou Scenic Area, and they even offer a free shuttle service to the visitor center, which is very thoughtful.
Parking is very convenient in front of the hotel, making it a good value for money choice."

"The guesthouse is located within the scenic area, about 1.5 kilometers from the Baligou ticket gate. The owner is very welcoming, especially since it was raining heavily in the scenic area and there were too many people queuing for the minibus. I called the owner to ask if he could come and pick me up, and he came without hesitation. He was very helpful. The room was very clean and had a view of the opposite side of the scenic area. The owner's wife is a good cook, and the food was delicious and inexpensive. I highly recommend Yishui Renjia!"

The location is very good. It is a little bit in the third gate of Tianjie Mountain Scenic Area. Pay attention to the hotel. If you wish the hotel, you need to buy scenic tickets and interval tickets, and then call the boss in advance to report the license plate, otherwise the first door will not be able to enter.
The boss is very good, will call in advance to communicate the precautions, and also upgrade the room.
The room is equipped with a curtain projector and a tea table. It is also very comfortable to sit in the house and watch a movie and drink tea. The mineral water from Fat Dong is equipped with small snacks, which are all extra points.
You can order food in the restaurant at night. The restaurant is quite big and there is a big round table. However, several dishes ordered at night are relatively salty. It is recommended to improve it. The breakfast is rich and the taste is good.

Anonymous UserThis time, I went to Baoquan with a few friends, and choosing this B&B was the best decision! First, let's talk about the environment. It's incredibly clean, both inside and out. The interior is spotless, and even the balcony is cleaned daily, which shows how attentive the owner is! The bedding is crisp white and comfortable, and it smells like sunshine, giving me a sense of security! And the view is simply stunning! Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows with translucent lattices. Lying in bed and gazing out is like gazing at a painting. Although the B&B is close to the scenic area, it's a tranquil retreat, surrounded by fields and offering sweeping views of the mountainous landscape. Whether indoors or outdoors, every moment you snap a photo is captivating! In the evening, we sat on the third-floor balcony, enjoying the breeze, eating, drinking, playing, and chatting. It was so relaxing! The owner and his wife were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always accommodating. They also offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and hidden gems. They're a truly down-to-earth and friendly family, and chatting like long-lost friends. Time seems to slow down here. If there is one regret, it is probably that my steps became extra heavy when I left. I will come back next time. See you next time at Half Acre Farm!

Making Stuff, Going Places on YouTubeA fantastic stay! The hotel is very new and in excellent condition. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in China. Electric curtains, projector and electronic toilet were really nice touches, particularly for the price.
I booked a ground floor room at a low price but they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel with amazing view through 2 huge windows to the mountains. By far the best location I've stayed in so far. Room 666 is the pick of the hotel.
The township is small and quiet, but has enough restaurants and small shops for your needs. The hotel is on the northern end of town and only a 10 min walk to the Baoquan tourist entrance.
The family running the hotel were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to satisfy all your needs. I regret not trying more of their food in house. I had one lunch with them and it was the best food I had during my stay.

HonggezixiaoniukouAfter a three-day hike in the Southern Taihang Mountains, we booked a guesthouse in Guoliang Village. Located in an old village on the cliffside road, the stone rooms had a lovely atmosphere, and the owners were fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, very clean, with separate wet and dry areas, and no smell of smoke! The landlady also cooked with great care! Overall, I would give it a 10-star rating!
