"Our stay at Baifuyue Hotel before heading home from our Hulunbuir trip truly exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star review!
First off, the front desk upgraded our room during check-in. From the 19th floor, we had a fantastic view of the Lianghe Holy Mountain scenic area, with blue skies and white clouds – absolutely breathtaking. The bedding in the room was comfortable and soft, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the milk tea, which tasted amazing. The hotel's location is also very convenient for dining and buying local souvenirs. It’s also not far from the Hulunbuir History Museum, which I recommend visiting if you have time. It systematically showcases the historical evolution of Hulunbuir and houses many precious artifacts.
We had originally booked an airport transfer for 5 PM, but since the hotel's vehicle was busy picking up other guests and couldn't make it back on time, the lovely Ms. Zhao at the front desk thoughtfully helped us call a Didi (ride-sharing service).
I highly recommend this hotel to all friends traveling to the grasslands!"

"The customer service was incredibly welcoming; they personally escorted us to our room. The decor had a charming, antique style, and you could tell the materials used were high-quality. All the furnishings in the room were excellent. We even received complimentary fruit and a free room upgrade. Given how dry the weather is in Hulunbuir, it was a pleasant surprise to find a humidifier in the room. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to a famous Western restaurant. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay."

"The room rate was a bit high, but the overall experience was excellent. The hotel was very attentive, taking into account almost all our needs. The hotel boasts a prime location with stunning views of the Morigele River scenic area. I initially thought that since the yurt wasn't on the mountaintop, the view from the room wouldn't be great, but it was still beautiful and there were some unexpected surprises. We were up close to marmots, and in the morning, we even saw cattle and sheep grazing outside our window. During dinner, there were song and magic performances, but there was also a sudden gust of wind that made it impossible to leave the restaurant. We asked the staff, and they said it wouldn't stop anytime soon, so a group of us had to help each other back to our rooms. It felt like we could be blown away at any moment – quite a unique experience! Around midnight, the wind stopped, and I was able to photograph the stars. Although there weren't many, I could see the entire Big Dipper, which was very satisfying. It drizzled for a while in the morning, and I thought it would be cloudy, but surprisingly, it cleared up around 9 am, making it another beautiful day."

"It refreshed my impression of Hailar Hotel. It is clean and tidy, and the service is super good: the room facilities are very new, and the curtains and lights are all intelligent and automated facilities. The takeaway was delivered to the front desk, and the robot delivered it upstairs to the door in three minutes. I needed ice cubes to cool down in the middle of the night. I thought it was ice cubes from the hotel restaurant, but it turned out to be professional ice packs, and a towel was also provided, reminding you not to get frostbite. When I saw that there were children staying, they directly sent cute slippers and toothbrushes. It completely cured our fatigue of the week. We lived on the 17th floor, which was high, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, facing the south gate of the ancient city, and watched the fireworks and light show at night."

"The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old city, and our room had a view of the Old City Yamen (ancient government office). The downside to this, however, is that it can be a bit noisy at night, and parking is a hassle. The hotel's parking lot downstairs was full, so we had to go to a parking garage about 100 meters away. The hotel reimbursed us for it, but we still waited in line for half an hour during peak evening hours – it just shows how lively the area is! Taxis to the airport cost 18 yuan, and it's only 10 yuan to the train station and the history museum, so it's super convenient.
The hotel service was truly excellent; they were responsive to all our requests and very prompt.
Breakfast options were a bit limited."

I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

I stayed here as part of my 20 day road trip across the forests of Northern Heilongjian and the white hills of Inner Mongolia.
After driving north from A'ershan to New Barag Youqi to see stand on the southern bank of Hulun Hu, I drove up to Manzhouli to stand on the lakes northern bank and watch the sunset. I had no idea what to expect from Manzhouli and so I booked 3 nights. I also enjoyed the Russian ethnic minority food, milk tea and bought some gifts in town.
I ended up deciding to move on up north to Erguna via the G331 a couple of days early. Though I cut the stay short, I thought the hotel was great. It's in the high rise building and is eay to find. The welcome at reception was nice and friendly. I was given everything I needed and shown a much larger room than I booked.
The rooms possibly the largest I have come across since living in China. The design is nice, warm, and bright. It came across as a studio alarment that was just missing a kitchen.
The Auntie gave me some magnets as I was leaving and I appreciate that a lot.
I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, apartment like stay in the city.
If you enjoy Russian food, or from Europe and missing home, there are plenty of Russian restaurants serving real bread, meat, potatoes and Russian beer.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay, it completely exceeded my expectations! The accommodation experience was fantastic, and it made my entire trip so enjoyable. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and I was a bit bummed, thinking I wouldn't be able to see anything. But then, shortly after I dropped off my luggage, the weather cleared up, and I was incredibly lucky to see a huge rainbow! In the evening, I got to witness the spectacular sunset I'd hoped for. Standing on the hillside, I could see the entire grassland and yurts bathed in a pink glow – it was absolutely breathtaking, photos don't do it a millionth of justice. The next day, the weather was beautiful. I woke up at 4 AM to catch the hazy sunrise, and when I pulled back the curtains, there was nothing but endless grassland and blue skies with white clouds.
The accommodation itself was incredibly comfortable! The yurt was well-equipped and spotlessly clean inside. The bedding was soft and cozy, and the hot water, air conditioning, lighting, and toiletries were all excellent. Yesterday, there were seven-force winds, and I thought the yurt wouldn't hold up, but it was super sturdy! As for bugs, I didn't see a single one in the yurt yesterday. As long as you keep the mosquito net at the entrance closed, it should significantly reduce their appearance.
Finally, the service from the staff was so warm and thoughtful. The sister who hosted us was genuinely friendly and down-to-earth. She proactively told us about the local ethnic culture, and for breakfast, she even prepared local specialty dishes – so meticulous and considerate. This time, I also got to try on Mongolian robes for free, and there were so many beautiful options to choose from. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would definitely stay for a week. In short, I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it!

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

Out of the eight hotels we stayed at during our nine-day, eight-night trip to Hulunbuir, this one was the kids' absolute favorite! They loved the yurt rooms and seeing the little lambs and calves. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They proactively added me on WeChat a few days beforehand to send the address, and when we arrived, they immediately helped us with our luggage. The dishes we ordered for dinner at the hotel were also delicious. After dinner, there was a bonfire and a fireworks show. Guests staying at the hotel also get a free ride to Qushui Yuntian for photos – it's less crowded and beautiful in the evening!

Guest UserOur group rented a container house and two yurts. Having stayed in several yurt guesthouses, we highly recommend this one for the following reasons:
1. Most Luxurious: The most luxurious yurt in the area, spacious, with new facilities and excellent soundproofing. Each room is 38 square meters, each with its own style, featuring smart toilets and smart home technology. Standard rooms have 1.8-meter double beds, and king rooms have 2.2-meter double beds with very comfortable mattresses.
2. Excellent Hygiene: Attention to detail in hygiene is evident. For example, the slippers are disinfected and sealed, which is rare in guesthouses.
3. Excellent Service: Warm and attentive, with attention to detail. Breakfast is served at any time, so you can sleep in and still have breakfast.
4. Friendly Owner: A hospitable and experienced owner with years of experience, offering a wealth of local knowledge.
5. Excellent Breakfast: The bread provided is fermented with flower-based fillings (other places use baking powder), resulting in a truly unique taste; the coffee and milk tea are also authentic.
6. High added value: Various vegetables and corn can be picked in the yard, and the garden is full of beautiful cosmos flowers, which children love. The yard is also in the best location to watch the sunset.

木刻楞充滿異域風情，讓我們眼前一亮，頗為興奮。衹是木刻楞隔音是通病，過於計較的旅遊者要避開，免得大家都不舒服。喜歡木刻楞的一定要體驗一下這種風格的房子，特別是喜歡拍照的，非常出片。房間後面，一條河流緩緩流過，美極了。牧場上也有蒙古包，喜歡蒙古包的可以有另外的選擇。
第二天見到場主，是個極有內涵的男孩子，温和而有江南男子的影子，倒是不像草原上獵風的漢子。
因為第二天牧場的馬要運出去野騎，但是場主還是特意留了一些馬，等我們騎完之後才運走，蒙古人的淳樸可見一斑

The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage.
However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort.
There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room.
In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest.
We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing.
Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future.
I sincerely hope the hotel management will pay more attention to these issues and work on improving the quality of service for future guests. Wishing your hotel continued success.
