"We upgraded to a family room, which is a suite. The kids liked it very much. The tent toys were clean and the bedding was OK.
Suite style, two bathrooms, super cost-effective!

"Staying at a hotel deep in the mountains in summer is truly a perfect choice.
We happened to be there during a typhoon and rain, which gave us a completely different experience after checking in. The service here is absolutely impeccable, especially the shuttle bus driver, who was incredibly funny and kept making us laugh in his convertible ”Rolls-Royce.”
Besides the beautiful scenery, the local restaurants here are also delicious. I highly recommend ordering the hot dishes! I'd definitely come back for winter. "My stay at Sheraton Ninghai was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to front desk staff Brisa, Yumiko, and Duty Manager Daisy Thomas – their service was incredibly heartwarming.
When I arrived, it was peak check-in time, but Brisa and Yumiko worked seamlessly together. They processed my check-in super efficiently and patiently explained the breakfast hours, recreation facility times, and even gave me thoughtful recommendations for hidden local gems to visit. Later, I had a minor issue with my room. After contacting the hotel, Duty Manager Daisy Thomas arrived very quickly. Not only did she promptly coordinate with maintenance to fix it, but she also apologized sincerely. Her demeanor throughout was friendly and professional. The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the room amenities are complete, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I was truly satisfied with this stay, and next time I'm in Ninghai, I'll definitely choose Sheraton Ninghai again!"

"We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full."

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

GGuest UserMy experience at the Atour hotel in Ninghai was a good one. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry service and a small gym. I like the shower, too. Recommended.

TTeresasunThis was my first time to run a race in Ninghai. Because of extreme weather, the race was postponed and I stayed one more day. The front desk manager received me warmly and immediately arranged to prepare breakfast for the runners at 4:30. I have participated in many races in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, but unless the race designated a partner hotel, it was very rare to have such a pleasant and easy communication experience. After settling in, I discovered that many of the service details are not available in hotels of the same level, and they are completely free! For example: 1. There is mineral water in the corridor for people to take; 2. Sweet potato baking machine; 3. Welcome tea and snacks in the lobby; 4. Simple meals 24 hours a day; 5. Free cocktails at night... There are too many things to list, and the cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything was great, except for the faucets on the double vanity in the bedroom – they were placed on the side, which made them really inconvenient to use. They all seemed to be Kohler, though.
Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, especially considering it's in the mountains and has a natural, rustic vibe. However, there were several stink bugs? or flying insects? in the room. I squashed a few, and there were some dried-up ones on the floor 😭.
Environment: The environment was generally good, but the road was too narrow. It was quite easy for two cars going in opposite directions to collide – we actually had a minor bump 😳.
Service: There was a butler, and we connected on WeChat a day in advance. However, they seemed quite busy, and there was a delay in their responses. The nighttime snacks were a bit stingy, and the bar snacks were far inferior to those at Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake. Amanfayun had delicious paper walnuts and peanut candy, and their late-night dessert was always a different congee, like eight-treasure congee!
Dining: Many people said the breakfast selection was too small, but my travel companion and I both agreed that the breakfast at any Amanfayun is excellent. While the variety isn't huge, everything they offer is high-quality and delicious. They always feature regional specialties. After all, even with a massive variety, how much can you eat for one breakfast? Quality over quantity is key!
I've now successfully visited three Amanfayun properties. My favorite is Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake; although it's a bit older, it's very clean, has the best service, and the most beautiful environment. Amanfayun Xinchang comes in second. I've been to Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake three times, and each time I've perfectly missed the two rows of cherry blossoms blooming by the entrance. I'll have to go back again next April! 😃😃😃

It’s perfect for a daze. All the rooms are designed to be suitable for families and children. I like the windows of the restaurant and the small outdoor terrace the most~

MM5698****It was really nice; the hotel felt like it was in a forest, with fresh air to breathe. Although the layout had a vintage feel, it was clean and tidy. There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserAfter checking in at the lobby, you'll need to hike a short distance up the mountain. The housekeeper will meet you at the intersection. She's very friendly, helping with your luggage and greeting you warmly every time you see her in the morning. The cabins are quite unique, with a great mountain environment. At night, you'll find small geckos and large spiders in your room, and in the morning, you'll see all sorts of insects. Those who enjoy nature can choose the cabins, while those who aren't accustomed to staying in the mountains can opt for the hotel rooms up the mountain. They're all shared, and breakfast is served on the first floor. The hot springs are also very clean, with different types of pools, and very relaxing.
