NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Booked a dinner, the mountain forest flavor tasted but lost the standard. The homestay is halfway up the mountain, and it is a beautiful village up and down, and you can also watch it together. __WeChat259641****This B&B is really great! It's beyond expectation. It also has its own cafe, right next to the B&B. We arrived at 2pm. We called the owner and he came out to pick us up. It's very close to the parking lot on the main street of the ancient town. There's nothing to eat in the ancient town. You can book meals with the owner in advance. They will prepare them. The B&B has a housekeeper. You can ask him any questions. You can also cook tea around the stove in the evening! Have a little wine!
The room of the B&B is very good. For this price, my friend and I think it's very worthwhile. It's very clean and gives it 200 points! It can be seen that the owner is working very hard. The furnishings in the room are all beautiful, and the window view is also beautiful! My friend and I have 2 rooms, both on the 2nd floor. The window is different, including the ginkgo in the yard. It's very good to take pictures. The sun can shine into the room. It's awesome! It's very comfortable to sit in the yard in the afternoon!
The coffee shop is retro, you can sit on the first and second floors, and you can send postcards. The coffee is pretty good, very fragrant. If you don't want to go out, you can ask the boss to deliver it to the B&B. But I think it's still good to take pictures. It's enough to stroll around the ancient town for half a day. We stayed in the B&B for 2 days, but we didn't feel enough! The yard is really comfortable! Recommended!

The food was average. The fish and shrimp for the island dinner were actually farmed, and the clams were the most common oil clams, which was a bit disappointing. The boss said that the bamboo shoots were freshly dug on the island, and the roasted bamboo shoots and meat were delicious. One plate was not enough, so he added more, which made me happy.
The breakfast was simple, but it was clean.
I was very happy to take a cat and a dog to the island to watch the sea.

Due to the cold weather, it is impossible to swim in the water, and the hot weather is good. It is said that there can be singing and water healing.
Dining: Breakfast is OK, the coffee at the front desk is good. Except for breakfast, you need to book in advance, but it is very convenient to go out to eat by car because it is close to a city, the hotel also actively recommended several restaurants, which are very good.

GGuest UserTo be honest, it's quite nice to soak in the hot springs. The house is not big and has unlimited water refills. The warmth is good. The toiletries are very soft. However, the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear the people next to me talking clearly, which affects the experience. The air conditioner also makes extra creaking noises at night, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. To be honest, the rest is OK. After all, Anlan next door costs twice as much...
As for the service, I can't say it's bad, but I don't think it's particularly good. If you say that the homestay is warm, the housekeeper did chat with us at night and made milk tea for us to drink. You can feel the good service. The chef also kept asking about our taste and introducing the dishes. But the other service staff are more family-like and stiff... It's a bit like it doesn't reach the standard service of a five-star hotel, and it doesn't have the warm and free feeling of a homestay. It's a very strange feeling.

Dining reservations are required one day in advance, and the menu features local farmhouse stir-fries. The front desk staff was very helpful, helping us request a room upgrade with our supervisor. They explained the hotel's location, noting that Lianghuang Mountain marked the beginning of Xu Xiake's travels. The hotel, reminiscent of Hui-style architecture, features every plant and tree meticulously cultivated by the owner. There's even a small vegetable garden behind the campsite. The hotel's setting evokes Tao Yuanming's ”Peach Blossom Spring.” Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the tranquility is so tranquil that you can listen to the summer chirping of insects and birds. It's a truly magical holiday destination.

Qiantong Ancient Town has not been commercialized, so even on the National Day, there are not many people, you can stroll around leisurely. If you like the lively ancient town, this ancient town is not suitable. Those who like to be quiet can come.
