Staying at the Four Seasons Hotel was a perfect experience! The minimalist design paired with natural wood tones creates a soothing feeling of relaxation the moment you enter. The soft, skin-friendly bedding makes falling asleep a breeze. The powerful shower, paired with the camellia fragrance, instantly melts away any fatigue. The freshly brewed wontons and coffee for breakfast were amazing, and the butler service was responsive and gentle. Details delight those who love them: smart guest room controls, silent air conditioning, complimentary tea bags, and even disinfectant in the laundry room! It's the perfect place for business travelers, and I'll definitely choose it again.

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full.

I specifically went to see the stars and booked this hotel nearby. I didn't expect such great value for money. The breakfast was quite rich, and the front desk provided many daily necessities like band-aids and Banlangen, which was very thoughtful.

The room was clean and tidy, the glass sink mirror was very clean ～ Smart toilet ～ I felt that it could be benchmarked for the whole season, and the staff service was also very good. The bath water is very large and it is very cool to wash hahahaha. Breakfast is also good, the variety is diverse ～ This price is really worth it!

A vacation is essentially about finding a different place to sleep, and Ninghai Anlan is definitely a great spot for that. The hotel is nestled atop two lush green mountains, and having the hot spring right in your room, where you can relax while soaking and gazing at the mountains, is incredibly enjoyable. The hotel offers a variety of activities you can sign up for, though most of them come with a fee. I had dinner there on the first night. While they offered river and seafood, the dishes were quite sweet, probably to cater to the many guests from Suzhou, Wuxi, and Shanghai. I personally don't care for hotels where you need to be shuttled everywhere. For my room, breakfast and dinner required a shuttle to the hotel lobby, and then another car to the restaurant. I suggest the hotel consider offering some simple breakfast options in the area where I stayed, giving guests a choice that doesn't involve so much back-and-forth. I wonder who thought that building a scenic hotel on a mountain and then relying solely on buggy shuttles was a good idea; shuttles only lead to dissatisfied guests, never satisfied ones. This is an honest review, but ultimately, it's a fantastic hotel for a quiet getaway – perfect for having coffee, reading a book, sleeping in, and truly relaxing.

The hotel is cost-effective, the price is not expensive, the parking lot is large, you can park anywhere, the hotel environment is very good, I personally like the decoration style, the room is very clean, the waiters are very polite, the facilities and equipment are very new, the bathroom is large, the countertop They are all made of marble, and there is also a smart toilet. The toiletries in the room have a good smell. The nozzle has a large water flow. My hair is very smooth after washing and is not dry at all. The restaurant is decorated in a European style. I like it very much. The chicken sauce and seabass are delicious. The overall feeling is very good. Satisfied, I will choose to stay next time.

Excellent location right in the heart of the county, making it super convenient to get around. It's right next to Xizi International Shopping Center. The facilities were newer than I expected, seems like it's been recently renovated. They even offered welcome fruit after check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. I just asked the front desk, and housekeeping brought up some disposable slippers. The breakfast was good, and they had coffee too, which is a big plus for coffee lovers like me. Highly recommend!

The most comfortable hotel in the local area! The room is comfortable, the bedding is clean, the TV is a bit small, the 24-hour gym can exercise at any time, the front desk check-in and check-out are efficient, and the printing service can be provided, 👍

It was really nice; the hotel felt like it was in a forest, with fresh air to breathe. Although the layout had a vintage feel, it was clean and tidy. There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.
