"My recent stay at the Sheraton Ninghai exceeded all my expectations! Daisy handled my check-in with exceptional professionalism and warmth, making the process incredibly smooth and quick. She also thoughtfully provided all the necessary details about my stay. Yumiko was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions or issues I had during my visit. Jiah was meticulously attentive and thorough, providing such thoughtful service that made me feel truly cared for. Brisa made the check-out process simple and efficient; there was no waiting in line, and she was very patient and gentle. The entire hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the overall service was impeccable. The breakfast was fantastic too! My lake-view room directly overlooked Tianming Lake, and the hotel has direct access to Tianming Lake Park from both sides, making it a perfect spot for walks or jogs to soak in the natural beauty. Overall, my experience was superb. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit!"

"The location is secluded and peaceful. The room is very spacious, and the hot springs are fantastic. There's also a large grassy area where you can relax. The hotel restaurant's food is decent, and they offer a shuttle service and EV charging stations. It's only a 15-minute drive downhill to the town where you can enjoy local farm-style cuisine. You can also stargaze at night. Highly recommend."

"It was really nice; the hotel felt like it was in a forest, with fresh air to breathe. Although the layout had a vintage feel, it was clean and tidy. There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

The handsome guys and beautiful women gave us a small gift from Ninghai when we checked in. We upgraded the room in time and gave us a feeling of going home. The upgraded room has a public terrace. You can see the night view of Ninghai at night. It is very beautiful. Going to the Xiake Restaurant next to it and giving us a discount. The hotel is on the side of Xuxiake Avenue. Parking is convenient. Although there are not many people staying, the breakfast is very rich. "The room was spacious and bright. The first-floor room had a small courtyard with a table and chairs for relaxing while enjoying tea. The room was new, with a wide selection of TV programs, including IPTV. It also came with a small tea set and white tea. The shower was large, and the toilet was fully automated. The air conditioning was excellent! The front desk service was excellent, and the friendly receptionist even upgraded me to a double room upon check-in, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Qiantong Ancient Town, as it's only a 7-8 minute walk away."
