"The Sheraton is one of the better hotels in Ninghai. We booked an Executive Twin Room, which was very spacious with large beds, a separate wet and dry bathroom, and a bathtub! We received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, and drinks were readily available at the Executive Lounge. The breakfast buffet featured local Ninghai specialties like seafood noodles, sea urchin wontons, and wheat cakes (maibing), though the taste was just average. The buffet dinner, however, was a pleasant surprise—not only did it offer Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and hairy crabs, but also an outdoor live BBQ where the grilled squid was absolutely delicious! The swimming pool is quite large; the kids' pool has warmer water, while the shallowest part of the main pool is 1.3 meters deep."

"Our stay at Ninghai Anlan was a truly successful vacation choice. The hotel is nestled within Ninghai National Forest Park, offering a tranquil environment where the air is filled with the scent of bamboo leaves and stream water – a true natural oxygen bar. Regarding the room: We stayed in a Mountain View LOFT, which was incredibly spacious and exquisitely designed. The highlight was definitely the floor-toceiling window; lying in bed, you could gaze out at the rolling hills, and your mood would instantly lift. The room also came with a private hot spring tub, directly fed by natural hot spring water from Naxi Hot Spring, sourced over 2000 meters underground. A soak in the evening left our skin feeling silky smooth, relieving fatigue and providing pure relaxation. Regarding the service: Contrary to some online reviews, the service was truly exceptional. A butler contacted us even before check-in, and the one we had was incredibly thoughtful. They helped us plan our itinerary, arranged electric buggy transfers, and were very quick to respond, making us feel very well taken care of. If you're looking for a peaceful weekend retreat to reconnect with nature, Ninghai Anlan is definitely worth a try!"

The hotel service is attentive; the front desk and resort staff are courteous and prompt in their responses. The landscaped gardens are stunning, making a leisurely stroll very healing and relaxing."

"First of all, Xia Ke Yuan Resort Hotel is a place full of surprises. The hotel is beautiful, with Hui-style architecture and houses scattered in an orderly manner. Especially on the night we arrived, it snowed heavily. The next morning, the hotel was covered in snow, as if we had traveled through time, and it was beautiful. The room facilities are complete and very comfortable. Then there is the remarkable service. It was almost midnight when we arrived, and the temperature was about minus 6 degrees Celsius. The uncle on duty responded to every request. In the morning, the snow was frozen, and the aunts melted the ice on the stairs in front of our door to prevent us from falling. There is also the sweet water every night. The young lady braved the severe cold and delivered it to our room. Every sip of the sweet water warmed our hearts. There are many thoughtful services, which make us still feel so warm when we think of this short stay. The hotel's dinner is also very attentive, with fresh ingredients and first-class taste. In short, this hotel has beautiful scenery and a warm team. It is perfect and a place I want to go again."

"A newly opened hot spring resort in Ninghai. I took my mom there to experience it. We stayed one night. We went on a Tuesday, probably because it wasn't the weekend, so it wasn't crowded. Overall, the experience was good. The staff, including Xiaotong, were very welcoming. The bathroom facilities were complete. The Dyson hairdryer was a plus. The bathrobes and yukatas were of good quality and the material was very comfortable to wear, though a bit too big. The buffet had a good variety of dishes, and the taste was all quite good—light and refreshing. My mom was very satisfied and said she would come again if she had the chance. Getting there and back by Didi (ride-hailing service) was very convenient and the price wasn't expensive."
