The breakfast was nutritious, delicious, and abundant, with warm soy milk that was very comforting. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to my company. I could see the hotel right after exiting the highway; it's a prominent landmark. The room also had an ergonomic chair, perfect for business travelers. The feature wall with local landmark architecture was a lovely and unique touch. This hotel definitely deserves five stars. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll choose to stay here again in the future."

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities are complete and brand new. The bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart devices are convenient and thoughtful. The outstanding sound insulation effect blocks out the outside noise, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep, and have a pleasant and comfortable rest time. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked seafood noodles are delicious and fragrant, and there are all kinds of hot dishes, pastries, fruits and beverages. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are authentic, meeting the dietary needs of different guests and starting a full-of-energy day. "This time I stayed at the Wanting Hotel Ningbo and it was amazing! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are directly pulled full - smart toilets, smart controls are all available, bedding is as soft as trapped in clouds, excellent sound insulation, sleep peacefully at night. The service is even more courteous to the details: the front desk checked the message quickly, proactively asked the demand; asked the room service to add daily necessities, the little brother not only timely delivery, but also conveniently tidy up the bed. The most amazing thing is breakfast, although not a massive variety, but how hot dishes, congee, freshly made noodles are warm and fresh, especially the dining table maintained by aunt, always smiling and replenishing ingredients, a bowl of hot congee with freshly made omelet, open the day. Convenient parking, shopping and eating around the way, super high value for money, must stay next time I come to Ningbo!"

"I booked this place because it's close to my workplace. But tonight, they couldn't even lend me a charger. The front desk even had the audacity to say they didn't lend them out. Okay, I went to buy a cable, but the hotel didn't even have a USB port?! It's 2025! Can't the facilities be a little more up-to-date? The pillows were very uncomfortable. A suite costing over 300 yuan even has unbranded water. Can't they even put in a two-yuan bottle of Wahaha?"

"Great for weekend couple getaway or with the whole family! I took my kids on a weekend trip here to get out of Shanghai, it was a great trip! The hotsprings were the perfect cherry on top after exploring the forest park and hiking nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially getting our luggage up to our room which was a bit of a trek. The hotsprings itself are fine for kids, very family friendly, there was plenty of space since there are multiple pools and it’s outdoors, so we could enjoy without feeling like we were being disruptive. The only inconvenience is that there is only breakfast on site, or small snacks if you are within the hotsprings area. We had to walk to the next hotel for a restaurant, or order delivery. It was fine, minor inconvenience but good to be aware of. I have been recommending this place to all my friends, its charming and being able to use the hotspring was so nice. Some rooms have private hotspring pools, we had a nice tub in the bathroom. Nearby is a small forest park with a trail around a lake, and then further up you can find a trail head that connects to the Ninghai hiking loop (I didn’t go up bc the kids are little). There were areas of beach along the river where we could sit and play without being on a platform or behind a barrier. We stayed 3 nights and could have managed a 4th but we had a very slow pace ."

The large living room on the first floor was perfect for our group to hang out, and the two completely separate rooms on the second floor were incredibly quiet. "I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

Every detail of the hotel is great, and the service is very warm, thoughtful and friendly. Every place is a beautiful scenery. I highly recommend it! When I left, they gave me a souvenir. I was very happy. I like it very much. Everyone is so friendly, sincere and modest. I have a very good impression!"

"Facilities: First-class. The one-bedroom suite has an extra bed that can be added on the tatami mats. It was very spacious for our group of four. There was underfloor heating, so we slept very comfortably at night; the kids even wanted to sleep on the floor. The outdoor soaking tub was quite clean, but leaves or insects would appear every 5 minutes. Those who mind this should choose carefully, but I didn't mind and was very satisfied. The soaking tub can be filled and drained freely, with no limit on the number of times. Hygiene: I didn't have to use alcohol wipes to scrub it, which proves its cleanliness is truly excellent. For such a large room, not counting the outdoor area, the indoor area was spotless—truly impressive (even the air purifier didn't accumulate dust). Environment: Beautiful mountains, clear water, and fresh air. Away from the city hustle and bustle, small bamboo partitions create a simple, private corner—just the right distance to hear noise but not see people. Service: The staff were all young and energetic, enthusiastic and attentive. Xiaoyu and Coco were very considerate, helping with arrangements and providing guidance. They communicated promptly with any questions and followed up on everything—very good. The bedtime sweet soup was delicious, and the afternoon tea set was also nice. The minibar drinks were all free and plentiful, showing great generosity. In short: expensive, but worth the price."
