She said that she gave us the key, one of which was the door key, and forgot to tell us. Just such an understatement, we didn't get even a word of sorry. The biggest surprise was the smart technology that lets you turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioning, and even play sleep music with voice control. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly, making my stay truly wonderful! I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
