GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

GGuest UserOn a whim, I took my parents and pets to Hengshan Island for a night on the weekend. I saw this highly rated pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip. The owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to contact us the night before check-in to pick us up on the island and booked a delicious dinner according to our preferences.
Let's talk about the hotel: We chose Suite 303, which is private and with family. I love the large balcony with mountain views, which is perfect for drinking tea and daydreaming. Looking forward to seeing you next time.

Our B&B is also very nice and tastefully designed.
It’s perfect for a daze. All the rooms are designed to be suitable for families and children. I like the windows of the restaurant and the small outdoor terrace the most~
And the staff are also very kind and attentive, all in all great! ! !

TTeresasunThis was my first time to run a race in Ninghai. Because of extreme weather, the race was postponed and I stayed one more day. The front desk manager received me warmly and immediately arranged to prepare breakfast for the runners at 4:30. I have participated in many races in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, but unless the race designated a partner hotel, it was very rare to have such a pleasant and easy communication experience. After settling in, I discovered that many of the service details are not available in hotels of the same level, and they are completely free! For example: 1. There is mineral water in the corridor for people to take; 2. Sweet potato baking machine; 3. Welcome tea and snacks in the lobby; 4. Simple meals 24 hours a day; 5. Free cocktails at night... There are too many things to list, and the cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time.

1118662****Facilities: Everything was great, except for the faucets on the double vanity in the bedroom – they were placed on the side, which made them really inconvenient to use. They all seemed to be Kohler, though.
Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, especially considering it's in the mountains and has a natural, rustic vibe. However, there were several stink bugs? or flying insects? in the room. I squashed a few, and there were some dried-up ones on the floor 😭.
Environment: The environment was generally good, but the road was too narrow. It was quite easy for two cars going in opposite directions to collide – we actually had a minor bump 😳.
Service: There was a butler, and we connected on WeChat a day in advance. However, they seemed quite busy, and there was a delay in their responses. The nighttime snacks were a bit stingy, and the bar snacks were far inferior to those at Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake. Amanfayun had delicious paper walnuts and peanut candy, and their late-night dessert was always a different congee, like eight-treasure congee!
Dining: Many people said the breakfast selection was too small, but my travel companion and I both agreed that the breakfast at any Amanfayun is excellent. While the variety isn't huge, everything they offer is high-quality and delicious. They always feature regional specialties. After all, even with a massive variety, how much can you eat for one breakfast? Quality over quantity is key!
I've now successfully visited three Amanfayun properties. My favorite is Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake; although it's a bit older, it's very clean, has the best service, and the most beautiful environment. Amanfayun Xinchang comes in second. I've been to Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake three times, and each time I've perfectly missed the two rows of cherry blossoms blooming by the entrance. I'll have to go back again next April! 😃😃😃

SscanI've been staying at Kaiyuan hotels quite often, and the service and environment are always good. The courtyard has a charming atmosphere, and the rooms are Chinese-style with elegant decor. The next day it rained, creating a misty, picturesque scene. There weren't many people in the morning, making it comfortable to stroll around alone. The breakfast was decent, though the selection wasn't extensive. However, I hope the facilities can be improved and more meticulously maintained. This time, I encountered a few embarrassing things. In the afternoon, I arrived to take a shower, but no hot water came after a long time. I called the front desk and asked them to send a repairman. After waiting 5-6 minutes, he arrived and said the equipment was broken and they were using a backup, which would take at least half an hour. I guess I was just unlucky, but I don't understand why I couldn't say this over the phone and why they said they needed to check. Then, there was a lot of black, rust-like stuff around the outdoor hot tub; at first, I mistook it for insects, clearly indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. Finally, at the restaurant, I ordered peanuts, only to be told they were burnt and I had to choose something else… Although the staff were very helpful and attentive, these consecutive unpleasant experiences inevitably affected my mood.

GGuest UserThe hotel is cost-effective, the price is not expensive, the parking lot is large, you can park anywhere, the hotel environment is very good, I personally like the decoration style, the room is very clean, the waiters are very polite, the facilities and equipment are very new, the bathroom is large, the countertop They are all made of marble, and there is also a smart toilet. The toiletries in the room have a good smell. The nozzle has a large water flow. My hair is very smooth after washing and is not dry at all. The restaurant is decorated in a European style. I like it very much. The chicken sauce and seabass are delicious. The overall feeling is very good. Satisfied, I will choose to stay next time.

GGuest UserThe environment is okay, but the hygiene is not good. The light is a strange green color. The problem is that the air conditioner outdoor unit keeps making noises. I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk and they asked the security guard to come up and take a look. It was a man. They asked him to listen and he said it was the sound of a car outside, the sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the windows were shaking. He said he couldn't sleep because of the noise. The security guard said, you guys are just not tired, if you were tired you would just fall asleep. I am really speechless! Later I called the front desk again, and they came and changed the room. There was still the sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit, but there was no sound of glass vibrating, so I just made do with it. It was already past 1 a.m. when I finished solving these problems. The soundproofing is not good, I can hear a woman talking in another room.

MM5698****It was really nice; the hotel felt like it was in a forest, with fresh air to breathe. Although the layout had a vintage feel, it was clean and tidy. There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.
