NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

MM417880****The room is really good, very clean and warm. There is a free light meal, snacks, noodles and the like. It is very convenient to eat when you are hungry at night. The little beauty at the front desk is also very good. The roast sweet potatoes are delicious and very sweet. Recommended and bartender hahaha delicious. I really recommend it. Live here.

AAnonymous UserNinghai Anlan is located in Shenzhen, Ninghai, which happens to be my mom's hometown. I snagged some vouchers on XC during Singles' Day, so it was really good value for money.
I've stayed at Xinchang Anlan and Qiandao Lake Anlan before, but I found Ninghai Anlan to be slightly better.
The environment, as with all Anlan properties, is consistently close to nature and eco-friendly. The hotel grounds are vast, with rooms and public facilities spread across two mountains. Therefore, getting to the restaurant, gym, infinity pool, and Jile Tang (hot spring bath) all require using the hotel's shuttle. Our lakeside residence even required a transfer at the lobby.
The hot springs are a highlight of the hotel. When you turn on the bathtub faucet (full hot water), it's 57-degree hot spring water!
The thoughtful service is truly Anlan's core competitive advantage.
Our butler, Wendy, helped us with arrangements from check-in. Knowing my mom is older, she thoughtfully arranged a room closest to the lobby within walking distance, helped select sleep-inducing lavender essential oil, and came to ask if we needed anything else every evening. Especially when we were leaving, after I tried unsuccessfully to hail a taxi for 15 minutes, she decisively stepped in and helped us get a ride-hailing car, getting us to Ninghai Station on time!
Kevin from Naxi Pavilion restaurant, whom we met for both breakfast and dinner over two days, was professional, meticulous, and attentive. He patiently helped us plan our hotel hiking routes, introduced some of the hotel's facilities, and listened patiently to our suggestions regarding ingredients and cooking.
Kevin and Wendy truly made my mom and me feel right at home.
BTW, there are many cherry blossom trees at the hotel. It would be even more beautiful to visit in spring next time!

SscanI've been staying at Kaiyuan hotels quite often, and the service and environment are always good. The courtyard has a charming atmosphere, and the rooms are Chinese-style with elegant decor. The next day it rained, creating a misty, picturesque scene. There weren't many people in the morning, making it comfortable to stroll around alone. The breakfast was decent, though the selection wasn't extensive. However, I hope the facilities can be improved and more meticulously maintained. This time, I encountered a few embarrassing things. In the afternoon, I arrived to take a shower, but no hot water came after a long time. I called the front desk and asked them to send a repairman. After waiting 5-6 minutes, he arrived and said the equipment was broken and they were using a backup, which would take at least half an hour. I guess I was just unlucky, but I don't understand why I couldn't say this over the phone and why they said they needed to check. Then, there was a lot of black, rust-like stuff around the outdoor hot tub; at first, I mistook it for insects, clearly indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. Finally, at the restaurant, I ordered peanuts, only to be told they were burnt and I had to choose something else… Although the staff were very helpful and attentive, these consecutive unpleasant experiences inevitably affected my mood.

GGuest UserThe hotel is cost-effective, the price is not expensive, the parking lot is large, you can park anywhere, the hotel environment is very good, I personally like the decoration style, the room is very clean, the waiters are very polite, the facilities and equipment are very new, the bathroom is large, the countertop They are all made of marble, and there is also a smart toilet. The toiletries in the room have a good smell. The nozzle has a large water flow. My hair is very smooth after washing and is not dry at all. The restaurant is decorated in a European style. I like it very much. The chicken sauce and seabass are delicious. The overall feeling is very good. Satisfied, I will choose to stay next time.

AA singular travelerThe location is very close to the train station, and is about 25 minutes away from all the popular attractions in Ninghai.
The room is quiet, the beds are soft and comfortable, there's a mini fridge and small table and comfortable cushions. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is not new, but has a cozy feeling to it. The staff are very friendly. There's a big supermarket three blocks away.
The only drawback is the lack of bathroom door, so no privacy. Additionally, the shower door is see-through glass, but the steam blocks the view.

MM5698****It was really nice; the hotel felt like it was in a forest, with fresh air to breathe. Although the layout had a vintage feel, it was clean and tidy. There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

The room facilities are a bit old, the landline does not work, and the TV has no signal. The city view is good, but the front desk promised to give me fruit, and the service attitude is average. It is much cheaper with the coupon, otherwise the cost performance is really not high
