The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

"This esports hotel was an amazing experience! The computers have high-end specs, so playing all sorts of online games was super smooth without any lag. The keyboard and mouse felt great. "The hotel was generally very nice, but the price was quite high. We went before the May Day holiday, which was also the off-season for hot springs. It seemed like we were the only ones in the villa area, making it feel like we had the place to ourselves. The resort itself was beautiful; you could easily spend two days exploring. The scenery and facilities were fantastic. Because there were no guests, the breakfast buffet wasn't open, so they gave us a complimentary breakfast (which was quite plentiful). Not all the hot spring pools were open, but it was more than enough for just our group. After soaking in the hot springs, we went indoors to eat fruit and drink beverages, which the kids enjoyed. The service was also very good. Our family consisted of seven people, and the package included four meals. The butler requested three extra meals, but when we asked for an extra blanket (they ignored my message), I could only understand since we had already added one. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was a female manager at the hot spring area reception on the first night. Her attitude was rather so-so. Because I'm from the mountains, I had swollen mosquito bites all over my head and body, each one as big as a pigeon egg, especially my forehead, which was swollen like two thunderbolts. The hotel only had mosquito repellent; I suggest they stock up on insect bite medication."
