The TV in the room was unusable and just for decoration. The hotel receptionist said there was no washing machine available for us to do laundry. A young female receptionist was very impatient with us tourists who checked out early that day and left our luggage there.

The hotel had hot water and it was too hot. It was impossible to wash it in a hot bath! At 11 o'clock in the evening, the water came, and the bathroom was blocked again.
