"The room facilities and hotel activity design were great, but I felt the management was a bit chaotic. This was especially true for the activities. The hotel advertised a beach glow party for Friday and Saturday, and we arrived on Friday afternoon. We were told we couldn't join that night because we hadn't booked the day before, which I understood. So we booked for the next day, and the front desk said someone would contact us. However, two hours before the scheduled party, no one had contacted us with details or location. I had to message the butler myself, who was very proactive in helping me inquire. Eventually, a woman called and tried to claim the party was canceled because we were the only ones who signed up. Frankly, I find that excuse unacceptable. Our child had been looking forward to this all day, only to get this result, and it was only after I proactively asked the butler for help that I received this speechless response! I have to ask, if I hadn't reached out, would I have been left waiting foolishly until 7:20 PM without knowing what to do? My child kept waiting for news, refusing to go out for dinner so as not to miss the party, only for it to be canceled because we were the only ones who booked?! It's quite frustrating. It would have been much better if hotel staff had proactively called to discuss it, rather than me having to inquire myself and get this kind of answer. Are we being discriminated against because there were fewer people?! It's really frustrating!!! Everything else was pretty good, but this incident was very unpleasant. I strongly suggest they improve their management. If they post activity announcements and accept bookings, they should uphold basic contractual integrity!!!! Service: A bit chaotic."

"I've been to Ningbo many times, and this stay was the most satisfying. When checking in, the front desk lady thoughtfully asked us what time would be best for housekeeping to clean without disturbing us. Secondly, the room attendant cleaned the room very thoroughly; the tidiness after a refresh was almost as good as when we first checked in. The most impressive detail was that I asked the front desk for a razor the day before, and when the room attendant replenished the supplies the next day, she actually left another one for us! Such attention to detail. The room was very spacious, the duvet was very comfortable, and there were two types of pillows. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent. We ordered a lot of takeout and accumulated trash but couldn't find a bin. The security guard was super nice; he just took it directly and said he'd throw it away for us. Every single staff member was incredibly thoughtful. This stay was super satisfying, and I'll definitely be staying here again! 😄"
