"The service of this hotel is really worthy of the words ”enthusiastic and thoughtful”, it directly touched my heart! I drank too much while accompanying a client on a business trip. When I got back to the room, I was in a daze. I wanted to ask the front desk if there was any hangover soup or something like that. Within a few minutes, a boy came to the front desk and brought me a glass of warm honey lemonade. ,Notice! It's warm, not hot, which is really considerate! ! I vomited all over the floor and I felt disgusted with it. As a result, the boy took the cleaning tools to clean me up without saying a word. Because I was really sleepy, I fell asleep directly. When I woke up in the morning, I found that the clothes on the floor were also there. It disappeared. I just went on a business trip for a day and didn’t bring any other clothes. Then I saw the note left on the table. When I opened the door, I found that my clothes had been washed, folded and hung on the door! This service is really YYDS! ! !"

"The experience was truly amazing, highly recommended!
1. First of all, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient throughout our stay, without a hint of impatience. We had trouble printing our exam admission ticket, and when we contacted them, they were very kind and meticulous in helping us print a new one, constantly reassuring us that it was okay. They were truly exceptional; all three of us felt the service was excellent and very patient.
2. The room arrangements were also very thoughtful. We booked two rooms, and despite having ample space, they arranged for us to stay in rooms opposite each other, which was very convenient.
3. For the price, the room was surprisingly clean, perhaps because the hotel is relatively new. Overall, the stay was excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although my exam didn't go very well, it was a very satisfying and relaxing experience for our trip."

"I stayed for three nights during the May Day holiday, and I really want to commend Diana, our butler. From check-in to check-out, her service was consistently excellent, attentive, and thorough every single day. The room was cleaned to my specifications and was spotless, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Whenever I had a request, she handled it perfectly, so I never had to worry about a thing. The breakfast was also to my liking and very enjoyable. We had a great time visiting Xiangshan; the scenery was beautiful, and the pace was relaxed. But the biggest highlight was definitely Diana – she was diligent, reliable, and genuinely warm. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely be looking for her again."

There is freshly ground coffee at the front desk on the first floor, which is very convenient for me who likes coffee. The only thing is that the room smelled a bit when I asked the front desk for air freshener. I was told that there was no air freshener. Isn't it convenient to buy one from the nearby supermarket if such a small thing is gone? I wish the breakfast could be richer. The lady who cleans the guest room is very polite and super enthusiastic. I will stay with them next time"

You can see the sunrise from the window. Compared with other homestays in Shipu Town, it is a separate bay, quiet and undisturbed. You can also hear the sound of the waves at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located in a high-rise building next to the Sheraton, and the room was absolutely stunning! Sitting on the balcony was wonderful!
The bedding was clean, the overall hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were all new.
It's also very convenient to get to the beach; Baisha Bay is just downstairs, and you can also take a bus from the Sheraton to other scenic spots. Songlanshan is truly a fantastic place!

GGuest UserVisited in early June when the outdoor water park was open, but the water was a bit cold, so we mostly stayed in the indoor kids' pool.
It didn't rain. We dug in the sand and played in the waves, but even on a sunny day, the beach was muddy.
Room: Had a huge balcony, though the facilities were a bit dated. We got an upgrade to a sea-view room. Breakfast included a special seafood noodle dish and a dedicated kids' dining area, which was delicious.
Transportation: Really inconvenient. Getting to the hotel by taxi was fine because there were cars available, but waiting for a taxi to leave took a very long time.
Service was super attentive! Big thanks to Xiaoxiong for the hospitality!

GGuest UserFree upgrade to family room with sea view, very good, the room is very big, on the 11th floor, opposite is the laundry room, the environment is good, hygienic and clean, I gave small gifts to the children, sand digging tools and crushed ice. It's a five-minute drive from Songlan Mountain Resort, five minutes to the visitor center, five minutes by shuttle bus, and five minutes to South Beach after getting off the bus. Overall, it's quite convenient. I also gave a small gift when I left the store. I am very satisfied with the stay. The room is intelligent. Listening to music and watching the sea view from afar, it is very comfortable.

AAnonymous UserStayed here for a night on New Year's Eve so we could catch the fireworks. Location is good as It is a short walk to the East beach. There was a buffet dinner promotion going on and we enjoyed it. The thing we didn't like was the pillar in the room which was not shown in the photos when we booked the room. Also, the room was not so sound proof so we could hear fireworks going off all night until 3-4am. It will be a good stay in the summer with easy access to the beach.
