Aarhus C Hotels with Wifi

I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees. A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel. A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee. I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it.

I came to Aarhus for a business trip and booked this hotel-style apartment, satisfied! I am friendly and travel, there is no staff throughout the whole process, self-service check-in online, room facilities are very good, there are dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, and capsule coffee machines. Because it is a serviced apartment, pay attention to that there is no cleaning service. If you need to clean, apply for another in the email and spend money. Check-out time is also relatively early, check out at 11 o'clock, I will basically put things in place when I leave, sort them out. In short, at this price, I think a week's business trip is quite suitable!

Dejligt hotel, meget venligt og imødekommende personale.  Vi kunne opbevare bagage både før og efter ind og udtjek.  Vi hørte ikke støj fra gaden selvom vi havde værelse på 1 sal ud mod gaden.  Morgenmaden var rigtig god, der var alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Kan kun ønske et bedre udvalg af brød.  Vil gerne bo der igen.

During the trip to Europe, I feel that this hotel spends the most money to experience the most general conditions. The facilities are old, the bed is small, the room has a smell, and the door must be closed. Maybe Nordic prices are really more expensive. 🥹

This apartment offers great value for money. There are many supermarkets within a 15-minute walk, and the city center is a 10-minute taxi ride away. The apartment is also very quiet.

Completely in the city center, parking is inconvenient (park in a nearby mall, register the license plate number at the hotel front desk, tell the front desk when checking out, and they will put the parking fee into the party fee so that you can drive the car out of the parking lot). Public transportation is more suitable for business travelers. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

There is a damp bug in the bed. Fortunately, I am not afraid. Everything else is fine.

This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush.

The front desk lady is blonde and blue-eyed, and there is a light meal, tea, and a meeting room on the first floor. Very user-friendly. We have MASH steak tube on the 1st floor, Japanese and cattle, local beef, salmon, etc., suitable for multi-person dinners Hotel location has not to say, the bus is next to burgerking, the toilet in the room is not convenient, the bathroom reminds me of Hong Kong, no faucet is very inconvenient. Breakfast is in the basement. The location is just perfect - easy to everything in walking distance. To experience the city of Århus in a weekend this is definitely outstanding. Although large room with both fine kitchen and good space for table and bed. The kitchen with all facilities so you can really cook in the room if it was interesting. In any way recommendable
