"Everything was very good, the hotel and its location. The only really uncomfortable detail was the following: the towels were new and they were placed without first being washed, they had a kind of strong chemical smell and when they dried they did not absorb the water and left your whole body full of lint. It was really unpleasant that all the body towels were like this, I mentioned it at reception and they told me that they were new and due to a mistake they placed them without having been previously washed."

The negative point for the trip website, in which we requested a room for two adults and a child, and for that search we received results. But it was not like that, since if we wanted a bed for the child (11 years old, data entered in the search) we had to pay separately...so, the offer is no longer as cool as they painted it... Read carefully the fine print or they will feel cheated.."

"I have come to Pamplona many times, this is the best experience, suitable for business or family travel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, maybe because the city is more natural and comfortable, there is no noise in the big city, the overall feeling is that people are more kind and patient, and feel at home. The hotel has complete facilities, a lot of functional space, and places to party and cook, such as birthday parties."

"Hotel location is good, all aspects are OK. The restaurant next to the hotel is too bad. It should be the hotel, because it can be listed.
We arrived late, it was already more than 9 o'clock, and we wanted to eat a little at the door. My companion is not very hungry, a package of 26 euros is not very cheap. "The hotel was the most important hotel for me to stay in the hotel.
The staff reacted, rather than being professional, was dancing and violent, and they wake me up with screams and screams of such agressivity that they seemed to swallow the door.
The situation escalated to an intolerable level when the manager of that turn, completely out of place, went on to take my personal property (my clothes) and throw it out of the room. I had to leave the room in indoor clothes to try to put some string in this situation completely out of place,
I felt degraded, humiliated and my rights as guest were totally violated. Don't risk."

The location is nice, near a very beautiful garden , very bright studio, all equipped nicely. The decoration of our studio was super nice and modern.
It's definitely a new address to keep, and if there is any opportunity, I will come back.
The staff was just very helpful, useful, and kind.

AAnonymous UserThe location is particularly good. On the mountain of the old city, it is close to thieves. We are driving to the old city during the Benniu Festival. We can also drive into the city. It feels very windy.
The hotel is small and exquisite, it is a castle, so the room is definitely not too big, but the bed is huge, I have never seen such a big bed, it has to be two meters five? Haha very comfortable. The noise during the festival is definitely noisy, just as background music.
The Ben Niu Festival is great. This life series belongs to. I feel the entertainment of the Spanish people to the spirit of death. There are so many activities. The body and bones can't keep up. Basically, three or four activities are out of power. At this time, the benefits of living in the city are reflected. You can go back to the hotel to sleep and charge. Then rise high at night.
This is a worthwhile trip and I highly recommend this place.

The room was smaller and the bathroom older, comfy and clean for a short stay. Ask for a queen but may get two singles pushed together, which isn’t the most comfortable.
