We arrived late, it was already more than 9 o'clock, and we wanted to eat a little at the door. My companion is not very hungry, a package of 26 euros is not very cheap. Because it is not particularly hungry, we two want to order a package to share. The result was told that it could not be shared. can eat alone. What is the logic of this? ? I didn't pay less, can't I waste it and share it? . Later, I asked my colleagues in Spain, and they also felt that the store was very rude!

GGuest UserI did not know what to expect, but it was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Pamplona .
The location is nice, near a very beautiful garden , very bright studio, all equipped nicely. The decoration of our studio was super nice and modern.
It's definitely a new address to keep, and if there is any opportunity, I will come back.
The staff was just very helpful, useful, and kind.
I highly appreciate it.

GGuest UserVery comfortable room! Amazing location for Pamplona. Wasn’t planning on stopping but the city is worth a night or two. The room was smaller and the bathroom older, comfy and clean for a short stay. Ask for a queen but may get two singles pushed together, which isn’t the most comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel was the most important hotel for me to stay in the hotel.
The staff reacted, rather than being professional, was dancing and violent, and they wake me up with screams and screams of such agressivity that they seemed to swallow the door.
The situation escalated to an intolerable level when the manager of that turn, completely out of place, went on to take my personal property (my clothes) and throw it out of the room. I had to leave the room in indoor clothes to try to put some string in this situation completely out of place,
I felt degraded, humiliated and my rights as guest were totally violated. Don't risk.
