It was uncomfortable, and it was difficult to rest. We told them off, but they continued..."

The service was consistently quick and efficient, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was sumptuous, featuring a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold dishes that made it easy to start the day perfectly. The location is ideal, situated right on the edge of the enchanting old city, placing all major historical sites within easy walking distance. Pamplona itself is a beautiful city, and its amazing history is palpable around every corner. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"Very good. The room was very clean and spacious with space for suitcases, the crib and the child's stroller. The treatment of the staff, I have to say, was great. I can't say anything else, both at reception who gave the child sweets and at the cafeteria and cleaning staff were also great. We stayed for 4 days and they treated us wonderfully. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the Navarra clinic, which is where we had to go for a family member and the truth is I can only say that since we have to keep returning to Pamplona we will stay at this hotel without any doubt. Also say that next to the hotel there is a bus stop that takes you to the center in 10 minutes and leaves you in the center number 12. There is a shopping center nearby called La Morea and it is very good. There is no bus connection from the hotel but a taxi will take you for 8 euros. I repeat we will return to this hotel without a doubt."
