Guest UserThe room was decent, and the price was excellent. There's a good restaurant right across the street, which was very convenient for meals. It's also within walking distance to Metro Line 1, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Plus, having a private garage made parking super easy for those driving.

Guest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I was completely satisfied with my visit. The hotel is pleasant, clean, and offers excellent service.
I especially want to thank Jade, the receptionist, who is absolutely wonderful. She is always very welcoming, attentive, and responds to all my requests with kindness and enthusiasm. Her professionalism and good humor truly make a difference and contribute to making the stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for this great experience. I will gladly return!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is a bit tricky to find by car. Our taxi driver from CDG airport got lost when we were close, driving around in circles multiple times. I reckon about 20 euros of our 80-euro fare was spent just circling within 2 kilometers of the hotel. However, it's actually very convenient if you take Metro Line 1 – just get off at the second to last stop before La Défense and it's a 5-minute walk.
It's a direct train to the Louvre, and most other attractions only require one transfer, so the location is excellent. The surrounding area is a business district, which means it's safe and clean, and there are small restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with pots and cutlery, though you'll need to buy your own seasonings. It has an induction cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, and the fridge is quite large.
There's a self-service laundry room on the ground floor. To use it, you scan the QR code on the wall to download the app, which has a Chinese interface. It costs 5 euros per wash, and you need to bring your own detergent.
The two Black staff members at the front desk were quite perfunctory, but there was a very kind white elderly lady who spoke Chinese.
The coffee machine and water dispenser on the ground floor are great.

Hafiz805Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc.
Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance.

Guest UserThe room was nice, Mercure's standards are consistently good. I especially loved the Nuxe honey hand soap in the room – it seems impossible to find in pharmacies or duty-free shops!
The hotel's parking garage is quite a labyrinth. If you park there first, it's impossible to get your large luggage to your room because the hallways are incredibly narrow. You absolutely must drop off your luggage at the hotel entrance first, then go park in the garage, which costs 22 euros a day.
Breakfast at the hotel was a bit of a surprise. You have to cook your own fried eggs and boiled eggs, so be careful not to burn yourself.

The place was good, the bed was comfortable, but the TV got stuck at some point and couldn't be turned off or disconnected. Which was a problem because of the light it emitted. The service the first night was good, but the second night one had to wait quite a while for someone to show up at the reception. A little frustrating and problematic if one is in a hurry.
The Location is average, but according to the price, so in that sense I have no real complaint.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better

The decoration is nice and the room is big. The service attitude is very good. There is a large space on the first floor for meetings, office work, and solitude. The room has a kitchen and tableware, but there is no pot to cook and cook, so you have to prepare it yourself. You have to take care of the hygiene yourself, free cleaning once every 8 days, or paid cleaning for 20 euros per time.

The room is very small. It is the worst Ibis I have ever stayed in. The towels shed, and I was covered in white fluff after taking a shower... The hair dryer is far away from the mirror and is very noisy. But who can blame the hotel for being in Charles de Gaulle? Why would I need a bicycle? In order to catch the flight the next day, this is the only way.
