Guest UserWe were a family of four traveling together. The hotel is located in La Défense, a business district that feels safe and quiet. It's a 3-minute walk to Metro Line 1. It was a bit hard for taxis to find using navigation, but we primarily used the subway for getting around. We arrived around 8 PM and were given a room at the end of the first floor. The entire first floor had a noticeable sewage smell. We strongly insisted on changing rooms the next day and were successful. Just a heads-up, avoid the first-floor rooms if you can, and try to get a higher floor. Also, both the Balcony Family Room and the standard Family Room have sofa beds that are the same size, 1.4 meters. Trip.com's details page incorrectly lists sizes of 1.2 and 1.4 meters, which is misleading. Trip.com, please correct the sofa bed dimensions; all hotel sofa beds are a unified 1.4 meters (as shown in pictures three and four). The room itself has two separate rooms, an induction cooktop, and pots, pans, and dishes, which is great for light cooking and very convenient for families. There's a Chinese buffet restaurant nearby with reasonable prices and good food.

Hafiz805Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc.
Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance.

The hotel is superb and well located. Direct access to the Gare du Nord train station and close to the shopping center. The room is spacious. It's just a shame there are only 3 chairs for a 4-person apartment. The kitchen is great, with plenty of dishes. The only downside was the pull-out bed. It wasn't made up, and the duvets and pillows were in a cupboard behind the kitchen door. Since the door was open, we couldn't find them. The mattress was very good. The shower water kept switching between hot and cold, which was really unpleasant, as was the constantly changing water pressure. We were not told that the linens weren't changed unless we paid for them. Despite these minor inconveniences, we loved the view and the amenities. The staff was really pleasant, and the place was quiet.

The place was good, the bed was comfortable, but the TV got stuck at some point and couldn't be turned off or disconnected. Which was a problem because of the light it emitted. The service the first night was good, but the second night one had to wait quite a while for someone to show up at the reception. A little frustrating and problematic if one is in a hurry.
The Location is average, but according to the price, so in that sense I have no real complaint.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better

RF MIt's all going great. A polite welcome. Beautiful spacious and comfortable room.
Frankly speaking, there is only a little criticism, if you set the price of breakfast at 20.50 euros, it is out of proportion to the price of the room and what is provided. Especially because there is a crazy guy right below the hotel...other than that, this is really a good place to stay.

The hotel stopped providing paper towels after they were used up. They only provided toilet paper, which was very inconvenient. One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a while to go up and down the stairs. The refrigerator had a good cooling effect. The microwave and tableware were also very practical.

I stayed in France for three days, mainly because my friend lost his bag. The local police are not responsible for the trouble, and they can rely on the embassy. Blacks are prevalent, and almost the proportion of pedestrians on the road is black. The subway is also black service, lazy and slippery. Bad service.
