"The hotel was clean and quiet.
Reception staff was really nice even I asked the same question for two times.
He could speak English, and nice to me.
There is no hair dryer and TV is not for Bluetooth connection.
It is situated in little bit far from city center, it took 30 minutes by foot from city center."

"Hello, we were very disappointed with our room upon arrival.
The room had no television, not a chair, no table, no coat rack, no towel rack, no low lighting, just a large fluorescent tube.
So we had to put everything on the floor, and the smell of Marseille soap was overwhelming.
We were very disappointed to have booked this room.
The room was clean, and fortunately, we received a very warm welcome and understanding from the receptionist that weekend.
We do not recommend this hotel and will not return.
It is better to book a studio with a TV or stay at the Birgit.
A little more, we would have changed hotels.

"I arrived at the hotel on July 13th around 7:30 pm, but the hotel said that there was no booking despite that I shown the receptionist your confirmation email hence I could not stay. I email your support service but it did not help, only said that I am not entitled to a refund, but it was nothing to do with me, it was a mistake between your company and the hotel, I was turned away. I am a regular user and I am very unhappy. Please send this to your customer care. Check my records you will know how many times I have used you in this year."

The rooms are spacious, have balconies, separate wet and dry areas, and are clean and sanitary."

"Great location! Just step outside, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel is also opposite a beautifully converted warehouse shopping center. I didn't expect to be given the first floor in France when I checked in. I wanted to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip's customer service in China to see if I could change to a higher floor. As a result, the hotel's front desk staff hung up the phone directly because they didn't speak English. This attitude is rare. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed and soundproof. The terminus of bus No. 3 is downstairs. The departure time of buses in France is relatively long, and there is still noise when the vehicles are waiting and idling. PPleromaaThis is the second time I come here, and everything works perfectly, quiet rooms, very good littery, spacious bathroom with a good flow of water, pleasant calm of the reception.
The service to be able to leave his luggage a few hours more after checkout is very useful, as well as the toilets next to the reception when you don't have the room anymore.
The location is really top, we are also in the sidelines, and I recommend a Chinese fresh pasta restaurant Li Mian, next to the courtyard.

DDangThe hotel is comfortable with its original Perret version. Don't believe the tired hotel corridors. The strangest thing is that the toilet and bathroom are separate. There are no kettles, glasses, refrigerators, tea or coffee in the room, but because of fresh Norman croissants and some homemade options, the continental breakfast is delicious. The service is discreet but good. Here, we stayed quietly. A minor problem for me, the bed was too soft and I sank in, but it was very subjective.
