"The location is excellent - very central and convenient. It takes no more than 5–10 minutes to reach anywhere in the city centre, and the train station is also within easy walking distance, which made getting around very simple. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was originally set up for three guests, but I stayed there alone, so I had plenty of space. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. There was a fan, as well as a heater - which was especially useful since I stayed at the end of February. It definitely helped to keep the room warm and comfortable. The room was located on the third floor, close to the lift, which was very convenient. The view from the window wasn’t particularly impressive, but for me it wasn’t important - I simply needed a comfortable place to sleep. The only downside was that there was no shampoo provided. I mentioned this to reception at checkout, as I had to use the liquid soap instead. Aside from that small detail, everything went smoothly and I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Had a lovely stay at the hotel, only 3 nights but it was an extremely comfortable and satisfying stay. The room was heated sufficiently and the coffee equipment was essential to my stay. I received some welcome candy on arrival so that was really kind. The beds were top tier and had me sleeping amazingly each night. The shower pressure was fantastic as well as the lavender shower gel which I really enjoyed. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious and quite convenient since you could also have dinner there if you didn’t want to travel far. Staff were always polite and helpful, so all in all a great stay."

"Solid place but you see that it's more of a short-/medium-term investment opportunity for whoever runs te place. Rooms are relatively clean, sheets were fresh and staff really nice. But overall the hotel seems to slowly disintegrate. OK, but if you're paying more than £50 you're paying too much."

"The location is in the center of Lancaster, there is a supermarket nearby, shopping is convenient, the service is warm, there are milk, cereal, fruit, etc. at the door, morning and evening, you can pick it up on demand, the room and bathroom are spacious, the room is comfortable, the health is good, the first floor is a bar, but not noisy, nearby parking spaces are tight, stay satisfied, Recommended stay"

"The room is compact, sanitary, and the bathroom is newer. Because the room is close to the kitchen oil fume discharge pipe, the restaurant on the first floor is closed at night and after breakfast in the morning, the pipe discharge is noisy, the room has a smell of oil fume, parking in the parking lot across the road, free and convenient"
