Central Lombok Regency Hotels with Wifi

The staff are all very nice and eager to help. The resort is very beautiful just like the pictures and like out of the movies. The restaurant was great too!  It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice. Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.  I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.  Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

The hotel was excellent. The facilities are beautiful, and the setting is absolutely stunning, very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including a restaurant, spa, excursions, and transportation options, all of which were of excellent quality. The beach is beautiful and directly connected to the hotel, with complimentary sun loungers available for guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. The only point to consider is if you are traveling solo. Most excursions require a minimum of two participants, and the hotel does not currently offer group tours that solo travelers can join, which I found a little disappointing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Hotel itself is beautiful with well-kept grounds and a gorgeous pool area that feels really relaxing. It’s in a great location, right on the main strip so everything is within walking distance, but tucked away enough that it still feels peaceful and quiet. Rooms are huge, modern, and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh water provided. Tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a TV with plenty of channels. Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything. I did have an issue with noise from internal building works, but the team handled it well, moving me quickly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. Facilities overall were great. Pools are beautiful with plenty of sun loungers. The pool at the back of the resort was quieter (and away from nearby building works). Food was also really good - breakfast was tasty, although for the first few days it was à la carte rather than buffet due to lower occupancy, which was a little disappointing, but there was still plenty of food. Lots of convenient extras too - room service available as well as laundry service (although a bit pricey). The hotel can also arrange taxis to the airport (around 250K IDR, cash only), as Grab doesn’t seem to operate in the area. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Great restaurants nearby like Cantina Mexicana and KRNK for a quick bite, plus a supermarket right next door and plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. **Tip:** try to request a room in the newer part of the hotel at the back of the resort - it’s quieter (away from building works) and more updated.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

I really enjoyed my stay at Sikara. From the moment I arrived, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They took my to my room to check in, so I could get comfortable immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools were amazing. Each one is situated just right so you can get shade no matter the time of day. The food was delicious. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, activities, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler, a group of friends, or a couple.

We really liked staying in this hotel, the staff are very responsive, the food in the restaurant is always delicious. Silent, quiet place. To the sea on the moped literally 3-4 minutes. We'll be happy to return 😊

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

Probably not worth it for a long stay (we stayed a week. 3-4 nights were fine. The villa was a bit tired, and a few tiles had chipped off in the pool. Mostly on the walls, so it wasn't particularly uncomfortable. It seemed like there wasn't enough furniture in the living room for a 3-bedroom villa. There were three of us, and it was tight. Six people wouldn't fit in the living room. The view is superb. The restaurant is good, but not cheap, even compared to other 5* hotels. By the way, the room service menu has higher prices for the same dishes than in the restaurant itself. I've never noticed that before. The staff is nice. The beach is nice, but not for swimming; the waves roll in both at high and low tide. There were a lot of pestering people. You can go to the right if you're facing the sea, about 25 minutes away, where there are nice wild beaches with calm and clear water (pictured).

This is the sweetest and friendliest hotel! Every single staff member is ready to help you at a moment's notice. I had an accident, and the kindest employees at this hotel, every last one of them, helped and participated in repairing my motorcycle and provided me with assistance and support. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast was sometimes buffet style, sometimes à la carte. Everything was delicious. The location is superb. But what I'll remember most is the kindness and love from everyone.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
