"The scenery is perfect, and the overwater chalet is very attractive. However, there is room for improvement in accommodating guests’ requests. We came as four families, but our rooms were located far apart despite having requested rooms closer to each other. I understand that there is a buggy service, but the waiting time for the buggy was very long. There was also no buggy available to pick us up from the pool and take us back to our rooms, even when a buggy was empty, because it had to prioritize transporting guests from the lobby to their rooms.
On the second night, I had to wait for one hour for a buggy to take me from my room to the lobby. There was also a long queue of guests at the pool waiting for buggy transfers from the pool to the lobby.
The buggy driver asked us to wait for another buggy transfer from the pool to the lobby. Where is the common sense in this arrangement? After already waiting for one hour in the room, we were then expected to join another long queue for the buggy transfer."
