Highlights of Our Stay: Active Fun: We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball courts, which were a highlight of our leisure time. Exceptional Service: The staff were remarkably helpful and accommodating. A special thanks for their thoughtfulness in assisting with a request regarding our leftover items—a gesture that truly went above and beyond. Atmosphere: The perfect blend of great amenities and a peaceful setting. In conclusion, it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy some leisure time. We highly recommend this wonderful getaway for anyone seeking a fun and refreshing break.

We used this place for a family trip. Even though we arrived early due to our own mistake, they were very flexible and allowed us to check in earlier, which was great. When we entered the room, it felt clean and spacious, and we were very satisfied. Also, on the day we wanted to try activities like ATVs, the owner was incredibly kind. They gave us the names of shops and prices beforehand, and even told us about nearby places to eat. The only slight disappointment was that there were only four towels for an 8-person trip, but considering the low price and the owner's exceptional kindness, it was a 100/100 experience overall! ❤️ It was a very comfortable stay, and the owner's hospitality was wonderful, so I would definitely like to stay here again! ✨

We were quite disappointed with check in counter service as we arrived early and wanted to have lunch, they didn’t inform us that there’s a private event at the restaurant near the lobby, we walked to restaurant then Realised it was not available. We had to go back to reception again and took a buggy to another restaurant. When we reached the Chinese restaurant we were told that as it was crowded, we had to wait for 40mins for food. Terence in the Chinese restaurant kindly helped us check the other restaurant for waiting time and apologised very politely for the inconvenience caused. So we went to the third restaurant, my friend got her food within 30mins, I waited another 10-15mins for my food to arrived but they made mistake on my order. Asim came to assist and had to sorted. One of the serving crew made a mistake on our bill and charged us double the amount, but he quickly rectified the problem and all sorted out. We were very impressed with their service attitude and sincerity. All staff greeted us when they see us walking past, which made us feel so welcome and warm. The next day we went back to the Chinese restaurant again and Terence and Wong served us attentively making us feel like VIPs to them. The place is really relaxing and the morning breakfast has very wide spread, Chinese restaurant food was so good, and the view is fantastic! We are very happy with our experience at Golden Palm Tree Sepang, we are already planning to come back again!

For the price, this hotel is quite a good deal. The room is fairly spacious, clean, and well organized. The environment is quiet, which makes it comfortable to rest. However, the pillows are too soft for my preference. There is no hair dryer provided, and the air conditioner can be a bit noisy. Overall, it is still a reasonable option if you are not too particular about these details.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏

All good, Clean, near to bagan lalang beach

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

the room was decent, but a bit old and dirty. corridor no light at night. the pool (self paid, that is fine) but is dirty water.

As you know resort quite old so facilities worned out. During booking we didn’t know it is under private property. I started with cleanliness, on average as in jaccuzi tub still got beach sand and and bed sheet got stained and sand also. But still acceptable. Location as I bring parents who is senior Citizen, is far from lift but understandable the we prefer quiet room. Service I didn’t aware need to whatsapp customer service and take quite sometimes to received reply as we want to check in early. Amenities, no toilteries provided, no extra plastic for trash, then no build in light just a stand light and air cond not cool. Overall all okay if you’re not fussy customer and want to enjoy morib 😘

the price are affordable and the room exceed our expectations, we didnt expect it to have a jacuzzi. the room and bathroom are clean but the bed with the towel has some stain. all basic amenities are functioning well.
