"Using CitizenM for years this was the first experience as a Marriot brand. Checking on was not possible with the app, when at the desk it took about 30 min before the found the reservation. Finally received a room, where the shower door de not close completely, resulting in wet area for shaving and entry to the toilet. After showering it took about 10 min., before the shower stopped dripping. As this was a room from the old selection the iPad was charged conventional with a continue led light on during the night. The blackout window curtains did not close…. Just terrible, next to fact of the that as a frequented traveller no free drinks anymore."

Facilities include a solid gym, sauna, and a conference center that's popular for events. The on-site restaurant and bar offer reliable food—nothing groundbreaking, but convenient and tasty enough for a quick meal. Minor downsides: It's pricey for what it is (you're paying for the location), and it lacks the charm of downtown Amsterdam hotels since it's purely functional and airport-focused. If you're staying longer and want to sightsee, you'd be better off in the city center. Overall, a solid, reliable option that delivers exactly what it promises. Recommended for transit stays!"

"The location is a bit out of the way, but it has a king-size bed and a kettle, which is great for Chinese travelers. There are no shopping facilities, and breakfast is expensive. However, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Getting to and from the city center by public transport isn't ideal as you have to walk a fair distance."

"Another full 5 stars for this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly! The location is just beside a big forest, which is perfect for our dogs. The room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast, dinner, and a drink at the bar are all great experiences! Please stay here; you won't regret it. I've stayed here many times, and I'd go back any time."

"Quality hotel, very comfortable and clean , friendly staff, super convenient to the airport , a very short walk along a covered walkway. The pizza ordered apparently was the wrong size, didn’t even notice , they did and gave it to us for no charge. Sauna and hot tub area very nice, can see airport from rooms. Highly recommend"

"Suitable for friends who can't transfer from the airport without a visa, they can live for 12 hours normally. If you need to delay check out, it will be 10 euros/hour. Although the area is small and the sound of getting in and out of the water is loud, it is very convenient to transit overnight. PS: The location is next to McDonald's in T2Dgate lounge 2, the door is very small and does not hit the eye."
