Great
AAnonymous UserThe location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you.

HHaingotianaNice flat - clean, the bed could be a little bigger (and I thought the washing machine would be per flat but that’s my mistake) but overall really enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. They’ve been really efficient & helpful.

MMyles.MThe place overall is decent. The bed is decent, okay sofa and decently equipped. The internet is also good. Location is very good in terms of the bus station, downtown and the airport.
However, the place has a lot of ants. If the window is left open an army of ants come in. I killed 50-100. This needs to be sorted.
Paying the tourist tax in cash is also ridiculous. This is Western Europe. Card payment is everywhere. Nobody is going to the ATM to get 20 Euros then waste half the day to get change.

LLeonardThe room is very hygienic, the equipment is flat, the semi-gold is advanced and safe, and the entrance and exit can be Uber and bolt, barely the trouble of going up and down the slope. At night, you can indeed hear the sound of cars outside the window, but it does not affect your sleep much. Speaking of which, Botu is still a good place to live in.

ППавелХозяева очень радушны. Сам отель очень маленький, но безумно удобный и комфортный . Рядом магазин, где есть все самое необходимое

JJonnyinChinaGreat home stay! The place is very clean and in quite a good location. Pedro there was super friendly, letting us check in early and giving us a free breakfast even! It was a fantastic stay, highly recommend it to anyone.

GGuest UserRoom and furnishings were a bit tired. Toilet seat had damage. Wall either side of patio doors had flaky paint from water penetration. Our room was of an adequate size and bathroom was a good size with a great hot and powerful shower. Breakfast was basic, even for continental. Bed was not that comfy, but I've also stayed on far worse. Location was less than 500m from nearest Metro underground. Overall, decent value, just needs a bit of attention to the breakfast and room upkeep.

AAntonio José Cortés RamírezThey stored our luggage both on arrival and departure. The hotel has a lot of charm, maintaining the essence it had 50 years ago. Everything was very clean: sheets, towels, room... The service was great, and for the price, it had a very complete breakfast, although the best thing was the view of all of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. There's a bus stop right in front and the metro is an 8-minute walk away, although you can walk to the city center in just 15 minutes. Highly recommended. If I had to find a fault, the pillows were very soft and small.

GGuest UserCheck-in is very convenient, the location of the hotel is good, the health is good, but the sound insulation is not good, there is the sound of the water pipe, the toilet is broken on the second night I stayed, it has been leaking, although contact the staff, someone will check soon, but the problem has not been improved, but I left the next day.
