"Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities"

"I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Flamingo Crossings, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. First and foremost, I was allowed to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long journey. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of my stay. To top it off, they upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after busy days exploring the area. The amenities at SpringHill Suites were excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient. Whether I was heading out to the nearby attractions or relaxing at the hotel, I always felt well taken care of. "The facilities are first-rate, the beds are comfortable, and there are multiple pools for relaxing. The Italian restaurant also has a great atmosphere and food. It's convenient for visiting Disneyland. Unfortunately, I found some small bugs on the floor in the room. This could be improved."

"Traveling with a friend's family, we requested two connecting rooms. Our window overlooked the Swan Hotel, with the pier nestled between the two hotels. To get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you take a boat, which is super convenient. Epcot is incredibly close; even without the boat, a 7-8 minute walk along the river gets you right to the entrance. The free Orlando gondola station is also right outside Epcot. It's a nice option for a leisurely ride in the evening. The gondola can also take you to Hollywood Studios, but it's not as convenient or quick as the boat. For Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, just head to the shuttle bus stop to the left of the hotel entrance. Each bus is clearly marked with the park's name, making it very straightforward. The hotel lobby has a dedicated Disney service desk for tickets and inquiries, which is really handy. The lobby itself is huge and features a bar that's always bustling with foreigners enjoying drinks and chatting. There's a supermarket on the first floor, but it's honestly not cheap. I bought some drinks, a few pieces of bread, and a vegetable salad for the kids, and it cost over 1000 RMB – haha! Every evening, around 9 PM, we'd set up a table, pour some baijiu, and watch the spectacular fireworks from Epcot on the left. Sometimes, Hollywood Studios on the right would join in with their own display. Drinking and watching, it was pure bliss. Ordering takeout with Uber Eats was also incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface. A guy even delivered our food in a Mercedes – capitalism is truly decadent! Haha 😄"

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"Club Level was amazing! I wish I could afford it more. Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!"

"Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great. We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment. The Mercado restaurant chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!"

"This hotel has incredible character. Its Native American-inspired design, featuring a striking, high-ceilinged lobby with a rustic wood and rope structure, truly permeates the entire property. The service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied."

"房間兩天打掃一次衞生，設施老舊了，空調是8 0年代老式窗式空調，主機在室內，噪音大，怕吵的人會影響休息，這裏主要體驗自助式服務，全靠自己了，頭天入住拉着行李箱滿院子找了半天，很狼狽。乘坐覽車去玩要走很遠的路，建議坐班車。總體感覺一般般。"
