The location is a bit hard to find, but the staff were very friendly. The guests were also very welcoming. Located in downtown Berkeley, it's conveniently located with easy access to parking and banks. There's also a free gym nearby, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and very clean shared bathrooms. For expensive San Francisco, this price is definitely worth it.
