All of our rooms are ocean front with a private balcony, so regardless of which level you choose, you get an ocean view! Please note, we DO NOT have an elevator! We have three (3) floors to choose from! Our upper level (3rd floor) is 16 stairs UP from the parking lot level. You get the very best views of the ocean and can see the ocean surf breaking! You get a third story view, but only have to climb one flight of stairs! We also recommend this level if you would like the quietest rooms because you are at the very top! No one is above you! Our parking lot level (2nd floor) provides easy access to the room since you park right in front of the room. No stairs! You get a great second story ocean view and can see the ocean surf breaking! It provides easy access to the lobby, indoor pool hot tub, convention center, and business center. Our lower level (1st Floor) is 16 Stairs DOWN from the parking lot level. You can see the ocean go out to the horizon Oregons natural dunes. Please note: you can NOT see the sand/beach or the ocean surf breaking. It is closest to our private beach access, so it is only a minute walk to the sand, beach and ocean (120 Yards). Whales head south mid-December to mid-January for the warm waters of Baja.Then they head north from late March through May for the cold Alaskan waters.Summer and Fall: About 200 Gray whales remain in Oregon’s coastal waters every summer. An area where whales can be prevalent is at Harris Beach State Park approx 25 miles south of the house. This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman for spreading out. The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime. The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a very cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand.
