"No elevator, and nothing during booking to indicate that there is no elevator. Cigarette holes in the bedding and furniture, the door was painted white and you could clearly see it is never even wiped down, and roaches!! The entire place has been stripped of the simplest amenities, as signs in the lobby will tell you - there are no refrigerators, microwaves or coffee pots, etc., to cut back on costs! Disgusting."

"I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again."
