"I would not stay there again only because of the way jennifer talked to me when we went to breakfast. I asked her what kind of bacon was this and she said what does it say like i’m illiterate and can’t read. I reported it and it was like they didn’t care. It clearly didn’t say that’s why I asked because I don’t eat certain meat. It took more effort to be rude for no reason at all than to just tell me what kind of meat it was."

"I had a Third floor room  Room 304 I’m 63 years old and had to take 2 Flights of stairs to get to my room Because the elevator was broken and didn’t work…. I was okay but it was tiring There wasnt any mention that I needed a 50 dollar deposit on a card required because they don’t except cash the nfront desk person insisted it be 50 dollars I had 48 in my card so I had to take an uber to make a deposit so i could get the room I was frustrated that she wasn’t more understanding I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone"

"It's about a few kilometers to Chicago Outlets, which is very convenient to drive. The breakfast is very good, with meat patties and omelets. Not many people. Very quiet, large room, free parking; but to be honest, it's unnecessary to drive to Chicago Outlets in the future. The venue is large but many businesses are closed, and the price is not cheaper than the stores in the city center. The quality is very average, and they are all made in Vietnam and Indonesia, which is boring!"

"From all appearances, this is a new hotel. The premises are stellar, the lobby and common areas bright and welcoming, and the guest rooms are immaculate. You'd have a hard time finding a more comfortable bed. Nice, large walk in showers in the bathrooms are a huge plus. The only two negatives are: Even though there's an ice bucket, there are no glasses, cups, of any kind in the rooms. So bring a bottle of water I guess if you get cotton mouth in the middle of the night. Also, no in-room coffee, which seems to be more and more common these days. Great stay, excellent value."
