Helsinki Hotels with Kitchens

"We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"I used it on a solo trip. It was for one person, but I was able to spend comfortably in a room with a very wide 々. It's far from the center, so it takes a little time to return to the hotel during sightseeing, but it's very close to the tram station and I think the transportation is good. There was a street light even at night, and I didn't feel that scared. Also, I'm glad I was able to have a sauna for free!"

"The view from the 11th floor of a large building is amazing! You can see the Helsinki CBD. When entering the building, there were many number pads from other tenants, so it was difficult to get in. The room was relatively clean, but the shared shower and toilet were old. The window did not open and I did not know how to adjust the air conditioner, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. However, for this price, a corner room with twin beds was very reasonable."

"Beautiful place, really good location not far from the center of Helsinki and close to the port in case you have to take a cruise. Neighbours nice clean and quiet. Rooms were clean and neat, really good smell on the aisle and in the room, everything was on point. The room was not to big neither to small, you have a full kitchen in there, with a dishwasher, bathroom is perfect, nice shower with a really good water pressure, a cherry on the cake was finding the washing machine pods available in the bathroom. First floor is mostly for sharing time, you have a kitchen, a chilling area, in addition there available offices and call cabins if you need to run some errands work related, at the end of each floor there is the utilities wardrobe, you need an iron, or a hairdryer and you did not get it you in the luggage, don’t panick this place have you covered! There is also a small terrace rooftop to enjoy some view. Again this place is amazing! 10/10"

"I spent a few nights in one of the shared dorm and found the stay fairly good overall. The dorm was tidy, and it was useful that each bunk had a power socket. There was also a spacious locker for each guest, operated with the room key. I came across comments raising concerns about locker security, so that may be worth keeping in mind. There is a shared kitchen for guests to use. Having a supermarket directly below the hostel was very convenient, and public transport is close by, with a tram stop only a short walk away. On the downside, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and the hostel is not especially close to the city centre."

"The rooms were excellent and very clean. The shared kitchen was also fantastic, with a toaster and an air fryer available for use. The TVs in the common area were a nice bonus, as there aren't any in the rooms. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was a good size and the location was excellent."

"The room is very spacious and comfortable, and fully equipped! Facilities: Very new and clean. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Comfortable, with convenient transportation to all attractions. Service: Excellent! The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly."

"The location is extremely convenient; the train station for the airport and city center is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby too. It's a self check-in hotel. Make sure to remember the main door code before you arrive to enter the building. The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevator, which was very noisy. We couldn't get in touch with staff, so we just had to put up with it."

"Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. I wish there had been more guidance on how to use the temperature control devices. Also, slippers were not provided in the room, and there needs to be a clear designation at the entrance where shoes must be removed. 헬싱키 출장지에서 조금 떨어져 있었음에도 불구하고 주변 경치와 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 시설 좋은 호텔에서 2주 동안 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 하지만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 온도 조절 지침과 조절 장치가 명확하지 않아 추워서 잠을 설쳤다는 것입니다. 객실 온도를 조절할 수 있는 장치의 활용법에 대한 충분한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠고 또한 객실에 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않았고, 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어갈 수 있도록 구분이 필요해 보입니다."
