"The room is spacious, more than enough for three people, and there are many entertainment facilities! There are homemade waffles for breakfast. It would be better if it could be served longer. Please note that the hotel does not provide ready-to-use toothbrushes and slippers."

"The hotel is far from the interchange, and is convenient for driving. It only takes more than ten minutes to drive to downtown Bellevue. There are many restaurants across the street from the hotel. The counter service is good and answers questions. There is also a 24-hour beverage machine and afternoon snacks. The breakfast has freshly made egg rolls, which are delicious."

"It's suitable for self-driving in Seattle, with free parking. It's only a 15-minute drive from the Seattle Center, and you can cross the beautiful floating bridge. Bellevue is beautiful, quiet, and safe. The hotel combines the quality of a Hyatt with the warmth of a family apartment. Very good"

"The room was clean and hygienic. Although it was not cleaned every day, you could send the dirty towels to the front desk every day and they would be replaced at any time. The hotel provided pots and shovels, as well as coffee pots in time. You had to take care of everything yourself. The service was warm and the room was clean. The breakfast was too simple. In addition to two pieces of cake, the rest was coffee, hot chocolate and tea. It was not breakfast at all. In general, it was clean, the service attitude was good, and it was quiet. Shopping and eating were relatively good. I would patronize it again if I had the chance."

"Quick to book, at a good price. Facilities and room are pleasent with good beds, and friendly staff. Breakfast offered at an onsite restaurant Be aware it's a standard, quick food preparation banquet style. Bedrooms are large and the hotel is clean, but dated. We stayed in the hotel when it was a Silver Cloud. Worth staying at again for business or pleasure. Good access to all highways and Bellvue propper."

"A family of four traveled and booked a loft room on the second floor. The upper floor of the loft is a 1.5-meter bed, the lower floor is a 1.8-meter bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is also 1.5 meters (but less comfortable). Sanitary cleaning is done every 3 days. It should be noted that because it is a loft room and it is air-conditioned instead of heated, the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs may be several degrees."

"The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it."
