"The service here is truly excellent, especially from Xiao Xie. I caught a cold due to the changing weather, and Xiao Xie specifically brought me hot water and helped me find medicine. I was very touched. Today, Xiao Xie was also the one who helped me check out, which was great. I will definitely come back to Wenyuange Hotel again. There is soft music in the background. It sounds very good. There is Fu tea available at the front desk. Very good, the little girl at the front desk xh is very friendly and greets me with a smile. Proactive and efficient. Thoughtful and professional, I needed a quiet room and it was very clean. There is a separate living room and it is very comfortable to live in. It is very good and highly recommended."

"The hotel facilities are old. I stayed there three years ago and I stayed in this hotel again this year, but I feel that it is out of fashion and feels old. It is not the peak season and the price is much higher. The breakfast variety is not as good as before. I am very disappointed."
