"Great resort with excellent amenities and lots of activities for families - some are included with the stay but a lot of the activities are for extra charge (pools and kids play areas which we used a lot are all included). Staff were fantastic with excellent service. There are areas right near the resort (walking distance) for families to enjoy, such as the train park and the deer park with a huge playground. Especially want to thank the female staff who helped us when we called them after checkout about a clothing item that we had accidentally left in the room - they were very helpful and had it posted to our next hotel. Overall made lots of beautiful memories and would love to return if there is a chance 😃"

"Another stay at the Intercontinental, and as always, completely satisfied. This time, the entire experience was excellent, and I'm especially grateful to our butler, Doudou, for their consistently warm and enthusiastic service throughout. The other staff members were also wonderful. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool. We're already planning our next visit!"

"This was my first time at the Indigo Hotel in Heilongtan. Upon arrival, I immediately felt that signature Indigo style, which is consistent with other Indigo hotels I've stayed at – my family really likes it. The staff provided excellent service, and we had a dedicated room butler who responded to every request instantly. Our room was upgraded, which was a nice touch. The architecture in the courtyard is truly unique and beautiful, perfect for taking photos. It would have been even better if the weather had been a bit cooler. The Indigo breakfast is served at the InterContinental Hotel, which is also where the Paradise Island Water Park is located, along with all the family activities. The Indigo itself is very quiet, primarily designed for relaxation with no entertainment facilities. It's ideal for those who prefer a peaceful environment. To get to the InterContinental, you basically take a shuttle bus. You can arrange for the front desk or your butler to book it for you in advance before heading downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, this hotel left a fantastic impression. The service was top-notch, and they really went out of their way to ensure guests were satisfied. I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"Rooms Hygiene: clean Environment: beautiful Facilities: Complete Service: Passion After running the first platinum half-horse in China, it was in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was simple to order noodles and the service was warm. Seeing that we were also participating in the field, we referenced the likes of foreign participants and gave us a cake and radish pickles (just need to make up some salt)"
